My landlord had them come out to service our ac unit. They worked with my schedule to get an appointment. The gentleman was very nice and professional, first time I've seen anyone put on booties to come in the house. I loved that! Gave it a clean bill of health and left.

Big Kudos to Owings, Md.-based Fixed Right and Guaranteed Super Techs for the excellent, friendly and prompt service and super knowledgeable tech Adam! On one of the coldest days of this year, he got our furnace/unit back up and running with a new outside panel. He went out of his way to locate the exact panel needed and had it overnighted so he could install it first thing this morning. Explained everything as he went and was prompt with service and didn't leave before he tested and secured the completed repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a local, Calvert County reliable company!

First time owner of a fuel oil heating system. Got an appointment same week I called, with follow up emails and texts confirming. Tech showed up within the time frame stated and was super patient in explaining the system and work being performed. 10/10 will definitely use again!!!

A short power outage caused one of our AC unit to stop cooling. FR&G was able to come by the next morning. I called the firm that installed our units and learned that a merger took place. The person I previous dealt with us on their staff.
Although the AC was working properly I had the tech inspect both units. He plugged a leak in the Freon line and replaced valves with better quality than initially used.

They REALLY are super techs. I have had 5 spring, fall maintenance visits since Neil Farnese joined this team. Prior to that Neil had his own business and maintained my heat pump like was his own. Gordie has been here twice, he too owned his own company and is clearly a seasoned pro. The owner Roy also came, so very nice and happy to answer my many questions. Because of their expertise, my 20 year old heat pump thrives 10 years beyond its prime.

The duo that came out today was awesome. Thank you so much Gordie and Adam. The responsiveness from the company was great and the team was out to my house within an hour and had everything up and running in an hour. Great company and quality work too!
