Gordie was great!! We have had another company come out for the same problem with a short fix and never even offered a long-term solution! Gordie recommended the long-term solution and installed everything we needed. He was on time and never pressured us into any sales - we're excited to have found a great HVAC company!!

FR&G cleaned my vents and checked my system today. My HVAC wasn't malfunctioning, but it's inefficient as originally installed (not by them!) and I'm interested in improving the whole system. The technician was very knowlegeable. He answered all my questions and taught me some new things to consider. He said they'll prepare an itemized quote for me to consider and budget plan so I can decide what's right for me and my budget now or postpone to later. He was very straightforward about the recommendations, providing the reasoning and pros/cons: no pushy unnecessary upsales. Recommend this company.

We can't say enough great things about Fixed Right & Guaranteed Super Techs. Their service staff came to our home to assess everything and then made a recommendation. They went over all the details of what units we needed and what was included. They installed our new furnace and ac unit. William was our tech and he was professional, courteous, and informative. They got our units installed in one day and William stayed to show us everything about the new units and helped set our thermostat to make sure we knew how to use it. On another day, we had a little bit of vent work that needed to be done and CJ came. CJ was also very professional and courteous, he did an awesome job cutting back the vent and making it look so much better in our hallway. We are very happy and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Our A/C unit was old and we'd been struggling to find someone to help us get a replacement. This company was fast, friendly, and did a great job. Out of three visits (initial, installation, and follow-up), every single employee was professional, knowledgable, and timely. Could not ask for better.

As always when it goes wrong it's on a Sunday! Called my regular team with the expectation that they'd return a call on Monday. BUT... a person answered and said they'd refer my issues to the duty tech. I had a return call within 5 minutes and William and Roy were at my house within the hour. Replaced a faulty pump (saving me basement swamp damage) and topped off my gasses. Hopefully I don't have to call again, but I would. Thanks fellas, OS.

FR&G Super Techs installed two HVAC systems at our home last year. We've had no issues with either one and today a tech came out to provide an included system maintenance checkup. No fee as it was included in our purchase last year. Tech was professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend FR&G Super Techs for your next HVAC project.

Started using Fixed Right for our AC unit and boiler unit for heating about four years ago. They not only keep our very old AC unit running well, they found a potentially lethal CO2 leak on our old boiler system flue pipe and replaced it.
We've been faithfully using them since and are in a maintenance contract to ensure the systems continue to work as long and as safely as possible. Great company!
