Our thermostat died last night a smoky death, Fixed Right and Guaranteed came out first thing this morning. Checked everything, installed a new thermostat and even helped us with knowing we should file a claim with our homeowners insurance. This company is honest and has great customer service! They are our first call when something happens!

Really happy that I ran into their OPS manager at 7/11. I Had other contractors come out to give me quotes for THOUSANDS of dollars to replace a lot of parts. I was getting ready to have one of those contractors come back to do the repairs when I ran into their OPS manager at 7/11. Called the office and had a great experience with their representative Nikki. They sent out their tech Gordie within 2 hours of my phone call. They gave me an honest evaluation of my unit and saved me thousands of dollars. Had the parts within days and put me on the schedule to do the repairs the day after they got them. Great experience with a great company. I’ll never use anyone else again.

Very pleasant to deal with. Got my mom in same day to charge AC unit. Would definitely recommend.

So pleased with my first interactions with this company. From the initial phone call to the office to the service appointment scheduled and completed the next day, the office staff and technician, Adam were personable, prompt, considerate and patient with my myriad of questions and concerns. I am delighted to be a member of the “club” (service contract agreement)!

Second interaction with Fixed Right. New equipment installed. Same positive experience as before. Technician Gordie, and two additional installers were prompt, pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend them for any hvac system needs.

Amazing! Neil was able to come out on the same day I called and fixed and serviced my heat pump.

We had a part malfunction on our heat pump. A technician came right away, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. The two technicians who came to make the repair were both very skilled! They professionally had our unit working like new in a very short amount of time!

Hello all, I just wanted to say that our experience with fixed right &Guaranteed super techs has been great, our service text Gordy always does a great job and keeps our system running great he always is able to answer our questions and he keeps the furnace area where he works clean and tidy. when we call for any issue Nikki always returns our calls in a short time period. It's really nice having a local company doing such nice work. Keep it up. Thanks Phil

Our furnace's fan stopped working the day before the coldest night of the year was about to hit. Fixed right and guaranteed had already done a great job repairing some storm damage to the furnaces ducts on the roof so I called them out. I called the off hours staff and they had someone reach out to me as soon as they opened at 7 am. We had two techs at the house by noon and it was fixed by 1. Neal F. and William W. were awesome and were able to complete a repair that other companies had previously lead us to believe wasnt possible. We had been told the entire unit needed to be replaced by two bigger operations... Each for around 8 to 10k... These guys did the impossible for less than a grand. I will welcome them back to my home anyday!

They installed my new heat pump system. Did a great job, were easy to work with for financing and timeline.
Adam, Will, and Roy we’re all very knowledgeable and professional! Cleaned up after themselves, and made the whole process easy.

Great company to work with from obtaining an estimate to having system installed. We used them to replace our outside AC unit, install heater to air handler and install duct work as well as upgrade existing ducts.
Bruce completed our estimate and was very patient with answering our many questions we had during the weeks leading up to scheduling the project.
William, Matt and Rob completed the majority of the work at our house. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They throughly explained everything they were doing and treated our home with care. They did quality work and did not cut any corners.
We have lived in several states the past few years and Fixed Right Guaranteed have by far been the best HVAC company we have used.
