House feels so clean now that the air ducts are all spotless. Techs were such nice people and happy to answer my many questions. I’m so glad I found this company.

Not only were they on time but better than on time. They called to ask if I could receive them early and I could. I had other appointments happening in the house at the time but the tech graciously worked around that and was able to show me some things about my system that I needed to know. I also advised (did NOT try to sell) me on additional maintenance that could help the air quality in the house. In the 5 years I've done business with them, I have yet to have a bad experience. Highly recommended.

This is a family owned business. I have used them twice to make repairs to my HVAC unit. When I contacted them they came out both times right away. They were extremely courteous and very efficient, making the repairs quickly. I am very impressed with this company and will continue to use them in the future. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for excellent heating and air repairs and new installations.

I have been having AC problems on my new house since day 1 until now. Adam came and after over two hours spent in 118 degree temperatures in my attic not only did he figure out and fixed the problem but also discovered other damage done by the issue. Additionally, he detected that the receiver vent built for this home is too small. All of this while providing pictures of what he found up in the attic as he walked me through the problems.

He contacted the company owner who determined they would come back and repair the ventilation issue as well! I now have a yearly maintenance contract with them, of course! Would not trust any other company to work on my HVAC system ever; whether this home or any other. Their level of dedication, service and professionalism goes beyond anything I have ever experienced. My wife and I purchased our first home this summer and immediately got into doing some much needed renovations. One of which was some upgrades to our HVAC system.

I spoke with Roy about everything I was looking for. He was responsive, friendly, and informative. When he and his team came over to the house, they explained everything in ways that I could understand so there was no confusion on what I was having done on the house.

Roy and his team installed new ductwork, removed old ductwork, and moved my oil heat tank from the basement to the outside of my house (it looks much better outside). All of this was done at an affordable price and looks clean and efficient - things my wife and I definitely appreciated.

Call them at 9pm because my 22 year old furnace & heat pump was blowing cold air and both making loud noises. They sent a tech out next morning and found my system was dead —the heating element & motor was burned out. Had to schedule for new system and they came out the following week to install my system. They worked all day removing the old equipment , installing new equipment , hauling away old and cleaning up. Very respectful, friendly, professional, hard working techs and very knowledgable —I was very happy with the equipment, service, and price. I highly recommend Fixed Right & Guaranteed for any and all of your HVAC needs. December 2,2022 Adam came out to preform maintenance —excellent service AAA+++ and excellent job —great guy , very friendly, animal (I have colony of feral cats) lover. Highly recommend

These guys were great. They accepted a job that I couldn't find anyone else to do - not even a roofer. My dryer vent on the 3rd floor of my townhouse was broken and a bird had built a nest 4-5 ft inside of the ductwork. To further complicate things, the ground outside is not level but a hill. They figured a way to get a long extension ladder balanced and went up there and cleaned the nest out and replaced the vent cover. They were not only responsive but professional and very fairly priced. I will definitely use these guys for any HVAC work I need done in the future. Highly recommended!!!

Fixed right and Guaranteed is wonderful company to use-from the initial service call with Nicky, to the skillful technician who serviced our HVAC, Nick. They were kind, responsive, quick, and made sure the problem was solved in detail. Very great service. I highly recommend this company.
