Fixed Right & Garrenteed Super Tech Gordie showed up on time and reviewed my work order with me. The work was completed and he walked me through the set up of my new equipment, then completed my service. Simple, fast and efficient. They have been my HVAC Company for years and never let me down.

Gordie was on time - early in fact, very professional & took the time to explain to us what was going on with our system. He gave our puppy a chance to warm up to him & was very respectful of our space. He diagnosed the problem & confirmed with us before moving forward with the new installation. He also changed our filter while he was here just to be further help! Gordie was kind, informative & answered any & all questions we had about the new updates to our home. I have used Fixed Right for service on a previous unit and installation of my new unit. There team is always on time and highly professional. They have come out on weekends, night etc and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue at minimal cost. Gordie and Neil are the best. Highly recommend!

I also appreciated the organized manner in which he presented the different pricing options available. What also set them apart from the others was that they have financing options. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, was very professional and respectful of my time.

I had an excellent experience with Fixed Right! Great communication in making the appointment and reminders. The techs were very professional- wore booties, cleaned up, respectful. And they had a job. I just bought my home and I don't think the ducts had been cleaned -- since installation! Definitely recommend. I had asked them to clean my dryer vent and they told me it wasn't really dirty (but they cleaned it anyway) and didn't charge me.
