This was an amazing experience. Gordie, Matt, and Rob were professional and did an excellent job on my heat pump replacement. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Fixed Right is an authorized seller for the SMECO rebate program so I was able to get a rebate on my new system installation. Nikki also answered all my questions when I called and was very responsive.

I just want to rave on Gordie for a minute! If you are lucky enough to have him as your Technician you will not be disappointed! He was so respectful & kind to us - especially our puppy. She was a little nervous with a stranger in the house, so he took the time to let her meet him before he started walking thru her space. Gordie gave me a thorough explanation of our new thermostat [which was greatly appreciated], as well as asked us if our electric bill has had any changes recently so he could thoroughly diagnose our problem. I really appreciated his help & things we considered "extras" [changing our filter, general extra care to make sure we knew what he was working on]. He didnt just show up, make a mess, & leave - he left our home in probably better condition than he found it! Thanks Gordie! I hope we will always be lucky enough to have Gordie for our system maintenance & services!

What a great experience!! I called Niki at around 3:50 because our nest thermostat was saying we were getting no power to the unit and our troubleshooting didn’t work! She was soooo friendly and fast with getting a tech to come over between the window of 4-6pm! William, who was the tech that showed up arrive around 5pm , quickly figured out our issue and ran a few more tests to make sure we were good to go!! He answered all my questions, plus some and was amazing!!

Totally recommend them to anyone!!! Call them today if you have any issues or if you want to be proactive with maintenance!! Ask about joining the club, which I did today and wished I would have known about it sooner!!

I would highly recommend FR&G’d for your HVAC needs/repairs. In just a few short days I went from having no central AC to a brand new system up and running. Gordy and Nick were punctual, professional and went above and beyond to communicate with me throughout the install. They kept my home in mind when removing and installing unit components and ensured my system was working properly before leaving. I recently called Fixed Right and Guaranteed Super Techs because I was having an issue with my heat pump. Nikki answered my call and was extremely knowledgable. She explained the heat pump cycle and how I should proceed with protecting my system until the technician could come. When the technician (Gordie) arrived he was very courteous and professional. Gordie explained my system and showed me how he was diagnosing my problem. Clearly, the company is doing an excellent job hiring good people and training them to do a great job. The Owner Roy is always available when I've contacted him directly. I wish more businesses had the same pride and professionalism as Roy's.

I called Fixed Right & Guaranteed at noon today, and a tech was at my house at 12:30. The tech was polite and courteous. He walked me through everything he had to do, and was finished in an hour. System works perfectly. In the future, this company is my go-to for ac/heating repair! Highly recommend anyone needed service on their system to use this company.

William came out on Christmas eve and worked until 1am restoring our heat. Very professional service by an honest company. I recommend Fixed Right and Guaranteed without hesitation.

Fixed Right & Guaranteed Super Techs recently installed a new heat pump in my home and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I realize that HVAC maintenance and fantastic in the same sentence don’t usually go together, but in this case they really do. I was very impressed when Mr. White came to my home to perform the HVAC load calculation. This told me that the highest levels of management are engaged in the day-to-day work and not hands-off which sometimes happens with businesses. Mr. White was very professional and patient with all of my questions - and I had a lot. He took the time to explain everything to me which helped to put me at ease because as many of us are familiar HVAC replacement is not a small investment, and I wanted to be sure that I was getting value and reliability for my money. The exceptional and professional service continued several days later when William and Matt arrived at my home to perform the installation. They both flawlessly installed my system and walked me through all of the upgrades so that I had a good understanding of how everything worked. They were both very professional, courteous and installed the system within the agreed upon time. They wore shoe covers when they entered my home because they respected my property which was very much appreciated, and they cleaned up after themselves when they completed the work, leaving no trace that they were even here, except for the awesome new HVAC system they installed. The techs here were able to determine that our upstairs AC was undersized and poorly performing. We upgraded to a bigger and more efficient system in the middle of the summer heat. The crew was great and we really appreciated the service. We would highly recommend this company to folks in the area!!
