Had this company come out and do A/C maintenance before turning the system on for the summer. In previous years with other companies, the tech was in and out within a half hour, was told “everything is fine” and out the door they went. The tech that was sent out by Fixed Right, William, was very thorough, was here longer than 30 minutes and had a detailed checklist. He went over everything on his checklist, showed me pictures of the issues he found, explained everything to me - the good and the bad and made recommendations. William was very professional, friendly and easy to talk with. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

The technician was prompt, very professional and took time checking both heat pump units. He also took the time to answer any questions and provide insight to simple things we could do to reduce home allergens, as well as simple preventative maintenance. Outstanding experience.

I never feel uncomfortable when the technicians are in my home. D’Warren did a great job today! I was even late getting back home for the appointment and D’Warren was there before me, but he was pleasant about the whole thing. A second tech came out also and he was great too. Awesome job. Quickly done. Found problem, fixed problem! Right before they pulled up I was chasing a snake out of my garage. Had it cornered and Adam grabbed it and carried it into the woods for me. Top notch job!

Neil was very professional and went about his job to repair AC unit. He repaired the problem and got AC fixed so an older person would have AC. Also the receptionist was very helpful and ensured me that the technician would be there in a very short time. I was very pleased with the experience
