We had a family trip planned to go visit the Grandparents. Both have been very sick and I was scheduled to pour a concrete patio. Two days before our trip our ac compressor locked up and the ancient system needed to be replaced. They were able to get us a midrange Amana unit ordered and installed before we left for our trip. This team put it all together and kept us from having to board pets, cancel with the house sitter, or worse, one of us having to stay home.

I have used Fixed Right & Guaranteed for the last 3 years for my annual boiler service. The previous company I had been with for many years continued to raise costs and consistently miss appointments. I found Fixed Right & Guaranteed by a referral from my fuel oil provider, S.J. Johnson. From the first service call I knew this company was special. What I did not know until recently was that they do new installs as well as service. The technician that did my annual service check on my boiler and I had a conversation about the overall heating and cooling of my home. He promptly advised me that Fixed Right also does new installs. I asked if he could give me a quote as well. He would have done it right that night if it had not be so late in the day but none the less we scheduled it for the following week. The price was fair and I contracted with Fixed Right to have my 29 year old AC replaced with a high efficiency heat pump as well as install a small ductless mini in the basement to provide conditioning enough to prevent mold and moisture. I cannot say enough about this company. The installers showed up on time, and worked the entire day to get our job complete to my satisfaction. Not only did they get the job done, they did it with such respect for my home. They worked as a true team, building each other up. No one and I mean no one stood around waiting for something to do. Fixed Right & Guaranteed restored my faith in a true "customer service" oriented company. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone searching for a fantastic, trustworthy, hard working and most of all respectful company to install new, repair current and maintain equipment via service agreements. A++ in my book.

Very qualified and professional technicians. They had the best tool and latest instruments to work on our new heat pump install. They removed and installed the system in one day even with a very challenging line set routing. Pricing is competitive and warranty is very good.

Fixed Right & Guaranteed did a fantastic job helping us solve our HVAC issues. Our fan motor died two days before out-of-town guests were arriving. We initially had some miscommunication with a technician. The owner Roy quickly took my phone call. He is a particularly good listener, he made sure he understood what I was trying to communicate and what the issue was. He responded quickly and was able to solve our mechanical problem within 24 hours. It is apparent to me that with this kind of leadership and level of service Fixed Right & Guaranteed is a company worth using. I highly recommend this company.

Your entire staff provided a courteous and highly professional experience to our home. I called your office on Wednesday, I spoke with the receptionist, who was very patient while I explained the challenges we were experiencing with our heat pump. Within 45 minutes Mr. Gordy was at my door. He analyzed the HVAC system, provided several options for repair/ replacement and also had suggestion for financing (pending approval).
Very early Friday morning your Super Techs, arrived and worked through extreme weather conditions to assure our new unit was installed by late afternoon. Super Techs worked with the same courtesy and patients, as the office staff, taking the time to answer any and all of our questions or concerns.
My family's experience with Fixed Right Guaranteed was awesome, their customer service is outstanding, they were punctual, courteous, offered fair pricing and went above & beyond to complete the job. We are 100 percent happy and satisfied with our new unit. We have you on our "speed dial", and will definitely suggest Fixed Right and Guaranteed to all of our family and friends.

I call the Fixed Right & Guaranteed Super Techs, LLC company and they sent out Adam and Neil to do some work on my heating system. Not only did they conduct themselves in a very professional manner they were very thoughtful, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Not only did they fix the problem but they help me to understand the system that I'm currently using better. I generally don't recommend any body for anything these days but, I strongly recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC service with out hesitationI, these guy's are the real deal.
