Gary did a great job on our seasonal tune up. He was super thorough and was able to troubleshoot an issue that a previous person wanted to charge us $1300 to fix! Great service and very knowledgeable!

I reached out to Reliability Home Services via their chat to make an appointment because my HVAC system wouldn't turn on. The representative walked me through some basic troubleshooting (which most I had tried), and when those steps didn't work we scheduled an appointment. I ended up finding the issue soon after and cancelled my appointment, but I very much appreciate the time Reliability spent walking me through the steps free of charge. RHS displayed high degree of professionalism and courtesy in just that brief interaction and I will be sure to call for any future services I will require

Very detailed, friendly service and on time! However, I found them in Angie list last August when I had an AC issue. They came out fix the issue immediately I signed up for their monthly subscription and with that came a free inspection every quarter. I had my first inspection in January and was told my AC and heating was fine. 3 months later I turn my AC on and it barely worked. Call they came out immediately, inspected the unit only to tell me something else was wrong and i needed it to be replaced and it would cost 8K. For the same issue they repaired and inspected prior. Smh. I cancelled my monthly service and would not recommend the monthly service plan to anyone.

Burned a half a day of work to be home for their service person who showed up 5 minutes before he was supposed to get off of work. Had two minor issues for repair in our bathroom. The "options" given for repair were OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive and over priced. One of the repairs we needed was something we've had done twice before by another company for less than 1/3 of what they wanted to charge. Since we declined we had to pay the $95 service fee just to come out and waste my time and their time. Ridiculous. DO NOT USE!!! Find someone else.

The whole experience went well. No selling pressure tactics. I thought the price for the work was fair & when they came in to do the install, I barely knew they were in my house working. The whole staff @ Reliability was very professional, from getting the quote, work & install, as well as follow-up afterwards. They're my go-to for any future work & I would highly recommend them.

The technician was professional, efficient, and answered any questions we had about the HVAC maintenance. I'm generally very satisfied with RHS because the reception is polite and helpful whenever I contact them and scheduling bi-annual appointments with them is easy and simple.

William not only did a good job, but he was punctual. He installed my new garbage disposal and he fixed a minor plumbing issue in my master bathroom. He even disposed my old garbage disposal for me. Overall experience was excellent.

Tech Robert was super friendly! They were able to come out the same day I called! Both pros! The only con.. .what I needed done was not worth as much as I paid! Very pricey! That would be the only thing that would prevent me from coming back.. .especially since I had everything they needed.

Have struggled to find someone to help diagnose my gas water heater issue. Tried this company that I heard about through homeadvisor. Called last night around 6 pm, was able to get an appointment for today in the morning. All work was completed today and I ended up having 3 plumbers come by to diagnose and work on it - Robert, Bobby, and Kevin. They were all nice and knew what they were doing. Everything was easy.

I had a great experience from the initial phone call until our new furnace and AC unit was installed. The customer service was outstanding, installation was done quickly with no mess left behind, and the price was right! Great job Reliability Home!
