Reliability Home Services sent out Matthew to check out our HVAC system for not cooling and they couldn’t send someone better. In addition to Matt explaining everything extremely well, he was really courteous and respectful. The service was performed well and faster then expected. Awesome job!!

I can't recommend this company enough. I'm sure they might be a touch more than your average handyman quotes you, but they can do it all. Most importantly, they are worth it. Clean. Professional. Helpful reception/dispatch. Quick. You name it.

Reliability Home Services saved the day. I recently purchased a home where shoddy Home-Flippers unknowingly caused an issue that had my condensation line drain into a plugged drain which ended up causing overflow and, eventually, some minor flooding. I noticed this on a Sunday.

Reliability Home Services was able to come by and look at the issue on a Sunday, schedule maintenance for the following Wednesday, and completely fixed the issue at a fixed cost that was given to me as an estimate before the job was completed. There were no hidden fees or surprises that made this number change.

The two guys in charge of doing the repair spent all day (some of it in rain) moving my AC unit, running line set through the ceiling and across the attic, and out to the other side of my house as a convenience under the platinum package I upgraded to in order to facilitate future patio ideas (make a little lemonade out of some lemons I guess).

They worked harder than I've seen anyone work on my house and were paying extra attention to detail to be clean and tidy with their work and to not leave a single piece of the job behind as a mess. They were super informative, kind, kept me updated, and gave me great value and peace of mind that this issue was fixed and would no longer be an issue in the future.

They are a serious credit to the Central Maryland area. If they are servicing your zip code, you would be insane not to go with them.

Called for a sump pump, battery back up and alarm. Charged $99 diagnostic fee for the technician to tell me it would cost $8500. The “Band-Aid” fix was to replace the main pump only for $1900. I got a battery back up, main pump and alarm from Home Depot for $450 and install took 10 min. These guys are a scam.

A wonderful family owned company, truly a diamond in the rough! My A.C. unfortunately failed me and my daughter during one of the hottest days last week and Crystal had someone come out to me the same day ! I couldn't believe it. The technician whom came out was professional and not pushy at all. He even wore shoe covers! Never have I experienced a company with such attention to detail. The technician was very respectful and answered the plethora of questions I had with such patience. I was shown a few options for repairs, and ultimately was able to settle with something in my price range. Bonus, he was able to do the repair the same day! I couldn't be happier with my experience, me and my daughter thank you Reliability a Home!!

Erik arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was able to get me pricing options and explained the repair to me so I understood what was going on. The VIP service was excellent and I would recommend Reliability Home Services to anyone looking for installation, service and repair for any of the services they provide. I have used this company for the last 8 years and will continue to do so.

Great experience from start to finish. Erik did an amazing job finding us the part we needed after a free consultation visit. The part arrived on time and Reliability kept us posted on the status of the visit. Zach and Robert did a great, efficient job on the install and everything’s running smoothly. The 6 month labor warranty included in our fair price gives us peace of mind with winter coming. They are clean, friendly and flexible with visit times. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repair/install.

Eric and David were amazing! I contacted this company on a Friday afternoon after my A/C stopped working the day before. I am 39 weeks pregnant and was miserable. Other companies wanted to come out on Monday, but Reliability Home Services sent Eric and David out the same day and they were able to get my home to start cooling back down within a couple hours! Eric quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to explain several options/packages that would get the unit back up and running ASAP. My baby and I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

We have used Reliability Home Services a few times now and these guys are great! I would recommend them to anyone. William (plumber) is always friendly and super helpful, and we always ask for him for our plumbing services.

Reliability Home Services is the only company I use to service my HVAC needs. I discovered my A/C unit was leaking and called them to come out to look at what was causing the problem. A technician was out within a few hours. Chris explained in detail what issue was, even showing me pictures and laid out all my options for the fix. He was able to start work immediately to resolve the issue. The service required him to come back the next day to finish to which he was fast and friendly.

Unfortunately, after all the work, I noticed a little drip from the unit and had to call back but was able to get another to come out and take care of it. Matt was equally as friendly and it turned out to be a quick fix. I appreciate them completing the jobs so quickly. I will continue to use and recommend RHS for HVAC needs!
