They're very professional and responsive. They give you a heads up w/ appointments- texts, calls, and emails so you can't miss them! I also like the different options for the service contract like the $27/mo plan and being able to call whenever esp. since my system is old. The repairs are not necessarily cheap and the "discounts" are questionable even for their "band aid" options- I feel like I may have overpaid w/ those but if they keep my system running a couple of years more, they're worth it!

Matt was excellent to work with, very professional and friendly. Took his time and explained all my options. Could not give him a higher recommendation, he is an asset to this Company. I look forward to working with him again for the twice a year maintenance plan and possible replacement of the AC unit in the future.

These guys really helped me out when I was in a bind. Got my oil to gas conversion done as quickly as they could. Managed to keep me warm on some of the coldest days this year with the update. Just had a time up done today. Again, different tech, professional and friendly. We had a nice conversation after the work was done. Cost wise they are reasonable, and will work with you to keep cost down.

The Service Technician Mr Erik Winebrenner was very professional in his appearance. He was very knowledgeable about the Trane unit at my home. He quickly found the problem and had my home HVAC up and running. Reliability Home Services has a keeper for an employee. I'm sure the company is proud to have him in their employment.

David Lennon provided excellent service. He was very thorough. It was obvious that he likes his job and wants to provide quality customer service.

My AC stopped cooling over the weekend so I called Reliability Home this morning. They had someone out 2 hours later! Everyone I spoke with was very professional and responsive. They showed me the readings and explained what they mean rather than just going about their business. I really appreciate their honesty and extensive knowledge. I would recommend them to others.

Our technician, Erik, was very professional and cordial. He was able to find our problem, get the parts and come back later to complete the project on the same day. Of course we would have rather paid less (who wouldn't), but we have heat and it is much quieter so I would say we got good value for the money. Thank you.

Eric showed up on time, professionally ready, and went right to work. Determined what the issue was, called around for the part, went and got it, and quickly performed the installation, making sure the whole system was good without any other issues. Cleaned up and returned everything as it was when he started. RHS is a great buisness that hires fantatstic people. This is my second time using them, next time I need service on my HVAC there is only one phone number I'll call.

This company is very reliable as they have in their title. My heating system was malfunctioning which is never good during the coldest times of our winter here in Anne Arundel county, Maryland. The folks at Reliability Home Services were are very professional, courteous, responsive, and take pride in the results of their work. The challenges with my HVAC were complicated as I had not done any maintenance on it for 5 years. HVAC technician, Mr. Robert McGee, would not give up until he identified the hidden problem that had my HVAC malfunctioning. It was Friday, late afternoon when Robert kept trying to figure out the cause of my system's malfunctioning. I told him not to worry about it any longer and I would provide feedback on my HVAC's performance after the weekend. But Robert would not give up and eventually identified and repaired the problem. These folks take before and after digital pictures to show exactly what they worked on with my system. Trist me, you won't be disappointed with these folks. They will get the job done!

“Reliability” isn’t what I received. Rescheduled twice in one week less than an hour before they were supposed to be there. I changed my work schedule for the appointments. Not a great way to impress a potential new customer.
