Please stay away from this unscrupulous company. I requested a replacement on a walk-in tub (seal), was quoted $95.00 service fee with the option of enrolling into a maintenance policy for $24.00 per month and having the repair performed. Upon arrival the technician proceed to examine the request, he did not have any replacement parts.....which the tub needed a "standard seal", which is sold in bulk....instead of returning to his vehicle and retrieving the necessary part, he returned and advised me that he did not have the replacement part....which cost approximately $12.00. He then advised me that in order to replace the seal, which he arrived with no parts and therefore no intention of conducting a repair, by the way it was 8 pm. , he advised me of the repair cost....beginning at $751.00 up to well over $2100.00........He said the repair had to be incorporated with a high priced warranty plan......classic "Bait and switch".....and I will ensure that they are held accountable for this behavior. In addition the technician Robert McGee, contacted my cell phone via text messaging to "threaten" me with a libel action. The truth can't be libelous nor can my opinion of the experience i had with this company. In spite of my issuing a "Cease and Desist" upon his first message, he continued to text me with , until i informed him that i would file a criminal complaint of harassment.

Gary is excellent in his job. Every time I have had him here, he goes thru and explains what is happening and corrects the problem. He is an excellent employee, and you should be pride that he works for you.The service from Reliability Home Services is excellent.

While the service technician was prompt and friendly, he knew absolutely nothing about tankless water heaters. After making several phone calls and consulting online manuals, he provided estimates for repairing or replacing our tankless water heater which cost $600 four (4) years ago. It would cost $1,895 to repair the unit and about $700 for annual preventive maintenance. But to replace our $600 heater would cost $11,346. WHAT??? We are old but not stupid!!!

If allowed, I would have left NO star! If our experience is any indication, Reliability Home Services is more predatory than reliable!

People buying our house used this company for water inspection talked buyers out of buying our house because we didn’t have top of the line systems. Quoted them a ridiculous amount of money. Talked to a company we use that does good work and quoted way less. How unprofessional!

I am a member of Reliability Home Service's "Comfort Club," and had my quarterly HVAC inspection. Good news ... everything checks out and Reliability has been servicing my home in Columbia since 2017. The one issue I have with Reliability is when requesting quotes on a new item ... e.g. a whole home humidification add-on.

Reliability performs this service and equipment installation, but when asked for a quote, the company provides it on the most rudimentary level, using terms like 'Band Aid,' Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc, each with ascending costs and meaningless language, like "comfort care," and "added service' means nothing. At the same time, they don't offer a description of the equipment they will install (so the customer can see ratings) or technical details insofar as what each level includes. While some customers may just say "okay," when shown some colors and non-descriptive language, this is a bit insulting to smart (or aspiring thereto) consumers.

I called Reliability Home services when my heat pump started making a loud noise. I was able to have a tech out and my system was repaired the same day! Very prompt and friendly and now our home is nice and toasty!

Our furnace stopped working...on a weekend....and I have a toddler. Within 15 minutes of submitting a request for a quote, a representative from RHS called me. They had a technician at our house in an hour. Gary was patient, knowledgable, and kind enough to walk us through all the options and finances. He was honest and up front about what needed to be done and what wasn't a necessity but an option. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic, personal service. You don't end up waiting until the end of a 4 hour service window for someone to call you and say they are going to be a little late. I've had the owner and CEO come out to my house to present their products and check up on the work. Wonderful personal experience after dealing with the larger hvac companies.
