I had asked for recaulking of the tub, and Richard quickly analyzed the problem of the tub and advised not to recaulk but rather to get an estimate to remove the tub and repair the cause of the sinking on one corner, which will probably involve a more serious repair, but it's good to know it now and not when the damage is greater.

I called in late morning, and my problem was fixed by early afternoon. The plumber who came was competent and likable, the the price was reasonable.

Great and timely service. All excellent from prompt phone service, to timely arrival and a very friendly and well spoken technician who knew exactly what to do and fully explained repair and servicing options into the future.
