I want to say a special thank you for the service provided today by John Plank. He was courteous , very professional and shows up with a smile.. He had to replace some extremely old plumbing and we are very happy with the work. I have called your office for plumbing services on several occasions in the past and I always ask for John; and I have never been disappointed. He always explain what needs to be done in advance and we know how much the job is before he starts. When he finishes he cleans up the area and leaves it like he found it. Thanks JOHN for everything. !!!

Probably not the cheapest in town, but definitely an example of 'you get what you pay for'.

We had to have a water main replaced which involved digging a massive hole in our front yard and tunneling under the porch and foundation. The crew was fast and efficient! Job was done in 2 days. The crew took absolutely every precaution they could to preserve as much of the landscaping as they possibly could. The work was done quickly and very well. We were pleasantly surprised to see the relatively good condition they left our yard in - even going so far as to replant plants were they were before, reposition flower pots, etc. ... far more than I ever expected of them.

Can only highly recommend JC Flood. Very positive experience. Will definitely use their services for any future needs.

Great work!! Our technician, James B, arrived ontime was professional, courteous, and very knowlegable. He provided multiple options for the repair of our master bathroom toilet. My wife and I decided to replace and his work was very clean and we are more than pleased!! Highly recommend James B.!!

I called last night after six. They called back shortly before 7. At this point I had already purchased a faucet intent on replacing it myself. The guy said no problem for them to install the part i just bought. The plumber arrived within an hour, no kidding. They said between 8 and 10, I saw him looking for a parking place at 7:30. He called asking about parking. I came out and paid for his parking. He seemed confused by the meter. I told him it wouldn't take any time. He said it would take two hours...to replace a faucet. Split the difference. He was done in less than an hour. $400. That just seems like too much money. He had to use two of his supply lines. I see them at plumbing supply stores for $5. He charged me $25 each. So I know they have to support a lot of overhead but this is ridiculous. He told me the fixture would have been an additional $200 and that he gave me a break. The work was done just fine. The price....you decide.

The service technician arrived ahead of schedule, identified the problem with my furnace immediately and did an overall evaluation that allowed me to maintain my unit in an optimum way. I have used John C. Flood for 8 years and they continue to be one of the best services I employ.

We absolutely recommend John C. Flood. We have relied on the company for years. We woke up without heat this cold morning. The service technician arrived within two hours of our call and quickly diagnosed/fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I think it helped that we had a service contract, something you might want to consider.

Dave C., our service technician for an air conditioner routine maintenance call, rocked. We just bought our house and know nothing about the system, he effectively educated us about what we really need to know and what updates were critical. We'll definitely use John C. Flood again.

Once again, Dale at John C. Flood is the absolute best. He provides great care and consistent service for my temperamental old HVAC system in my Capitol Hill row house. I always appreciate not just his deep knowledge but also his unfailing fairness and honesty.

Damon Hunter was exceptional. He installed 2 sinks in our commercial property bathrooms. He advised us that these types of sinks weren't made for this type of use but installed them anyways. He was professional, honest and very polite. Highly recommend him

As expected. HVAC Technician David came out and expertly diagnose the problem. Our unit (one of our rental properties) is back online. Long story short John Flood company has done what Michael and sons, Magnolia, AJ Mechanical services (James Richardson) has NOT been able to do.. get our unit 100%. The others played the 'guessing' game to diagnose while Flood properly corrected every problem we had (wiring, incorrect parts, etc). In the end, we singed a maintenance agreement to keep them as our on-call service company.
