Supreme Service Today

My air duct was leaking a LOT of water due to a clogged pipe in my HVAC. I called at 11 PM at night and was able to get a representative on the phone who scheduled me for the next day. My technician was Westly and he did an incredible job. He was knowledgeable and professional. He put in the extra time to do the job right rather than just put a band aid on the problem. I am very satisfied with the level or service.

I did business with another company and they didn't seem to value my business. In fact the replaced my air filter with the wrong size. So now I have been using Supreme now for a couple of years. My technician Youssef was diligent at ensuring my system was working efficiently. He explained everything as he was doing it. I have recommended this company to at least 3 friends who use Supreme for their maintenance and upkeep of their central heat and air system. 2 had old unit's and had them replaced by Supreme and very satisfied as well.

They are kind and courteous. Unfortunately, their supreme mission is to up sell. My system had a cracked drip pan and the only option they gave me was to replace the entire system including the roof top unit (including, of course, an extra fee to use their crane). I had the system repaired for $400 by someone less money hungry. It's like taking your car to mechanic for a bad muffler and he says your only option is for him to sell you a new car.

We had a plumbing inspection as a part of the service contract for our HVAC. We needed two toilet valves changed out. The charge over $500 for $50 dollars of material and an hour of labor. Pretty pricey but the norn for Baltimore and a post pandemic world.

Supreme Air performs regular routine maintenance on our heating/air conditioning system. Today they sent Antonio to do the work and he was polite, thoughtful and competent. He is an excellent representative for their company. I do think their prices are too high for the services performed.

I have used Supreme on multiple projects installing geothermal units. They are my go-to company for any geothermal and HVAC needs and I continue to use them for annual preventive maintenance.

Had geothermal installed for my new house I was building in 2016. We worked with owner Denny throughout the whole process. We've been very happy with how everything has turned out. The house temperature stays very consistent and our electric bill is cheaper than at our old house which was significantly smaller. We had no problems receiving all the tax credits and refunds. Their customer service is superb. Just had the spring Maintenance done and the tech was very professional. I would highly recommend Supreme Air to anyone who may be thinking of going green and installing geothermal in their home.

So impressed with Supreme Air! My heat failed during the holidays - horrible timing. Phil made time to come out same-day and assess the issue, competitively priced a new system, and even gave me space heaters to use in the interim. Matt and the installation crew were stellar as well; great communication and everything went as scheduled. Trustworthy, efficient and provided excellent service. This is a great company - very glad I found them!

Very professional and knowledgeable from first contact to final installation. The installer Reggie knew his stuff and did a tremendous installation. Ed the first contact was personable and knowledgeable and made us feel we were working with a professional business. Thanks to all at Supreme service.
