    If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Installed my air conditioner and it broke in two weeks. Said they would send service right away at 9 am and they called at 6 pm saying they couldn’t come today. After I expressed my frustration they arrived. When the tech arrived, he explained that the installers missed two key safety pieces! Then, 2 weeks later it broke again! Their 24 hour service is a lie, I will be filing a lawsuit for false advertisement as well as repayment for my terrible AC installation. Supreme Service my a**.

    I called up and was able to get a tech over right away(next day). Colin, very personable, gave me a call about 40min before he arrived. Colin got to work right away and checked over three systems. He ran tests and explained much about the systems to me as he was inspecting them. Luckily all of my systems were in good working order. Colin was very professional and seemed very trustworthy.

    The technician showed up on time, was courteous, ready to work. He listened to my concerns and then inspected the HVAC system and provided a remedy. My HVAC system was up and running with the hour.

    Great service by the crews at Supreme. Have had both my AC & Furnace replaced by them. The only downside I did not appreciate was each time they came to my house, the up-sell was very aggressive. Notably the last time, a doomsday scenario is presented about your system and they push so hard for their maintenance program. That if I went with their maintenance program (on my new unit), that the "consultation fee" associated with their initial site visit would be waived, and then the numbers attached to the visit were inconsistent, not readily available and wavered depending on your commitment. Again, the service has been excellent and the technicians very respectful of my home but be cognizant of the price and options you have before committing to a new unit at their request.

    I had a new tankless high-efficiency boiler installed by Supreme. The boiler has been working great. However, three weeks after I had it installed, my tenant informed that the radiators in her apartment weren't working all the way. Thankfully, it wasn't too cold and my tenant was mostly out of town and not complaining. But Supreme made sure to come over really quickly and get the problem fixed. Obviously it was still under warranty, so there was no charge, but they sent me a nice thermos anyway, which I appreciated.

    The technician was superb. He was knowledgeable and truly concerned with my problem. I was extremely happy with his demeanor and professionalism. I signed a service contract SOLELY because of him and because of him, your company will be my SOLE provider for any issues relating to HVAC, plumbing etc. Your tech is an A++ service provider. I hope he gets a bonus and/or a promotion.

    This company is GREAT! So they arrived within 1 hour of my call and I received a text and email of who my tech will be with a picture so I know who will be knocking at my door. The tech was very friendly and respectful of my home.

    He diagnosed the issue and it appeared we needed a new blower motor. Of course this happened the day before the coldest days ever. They located a new motor , went to get the part, and returned to install .

    Everyone I spoke with from the owner, tech, and office secretary were super friendly and helpful. Love this company and thank you for keeping my family safe, warm, and comfortable during the polar vortex!

    They were very professional and the technician was patient and explained everything very well. I would have used them to replace my hvac but my regular service tech came through shortly after they left. Yonas is an excellent tech

    Hired this company to fix house AC last year. They convinced me to sign up for a yearly check up service for heat and AC. Come spring I booked an appointment and cleared my day to be home. They cancelled the day before and rescheduled. I again cleared my schedule to be home for the rescheduled appointment and they called the day before to cancel. I spoke with the company that I had already cleared my work schedule twice and was not going to do this again. They agreed to send someone on the original rescheduled date. Stayed home and they called in the am to cancel. Asked for a refund for 1/2 my contract and have not heard from them since. Left messages, they will not return the call. - and they had the nerve to tell me that they could not re-up my service contract as my credit card would not go through. I explicitly indicated on the initial agreement that this is not to be a recurring charge (thankfully my credit card number has changed) and told them if they cannot complete the first contract with agreed to service dates, why would I hire them for a second contact. Do not hire this company and definitely do not give them your credit car number.
