I am on a Maintenance Contract and come in contact with the wonderful, knowledgeable ,friendly engineers they send to to check out my heating system. I, like most people have a busy schedule and I appreciate the personal attention I receive whenever I call the office. Hats off to a wonderful company. Keep up the good work. I am very torn about writing this review. While I think the service at customer level is great the office level needs some work. On May 10, 2018 I had a repair call from Supreme Air. The gentleman that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable and removed the rodent nest from my heating coil inside the AC unit. It began working right away. He told me he wasn't sure if the heating coil would need to be replaced down the line. I made the decision then to have it replaced and gave a deposit of $306 and scheduled the work to be done. My husband decided later that night that we should wait until the piece actually needed to be replaced. I called the following Monday May 14th and cancelled the work. I was told that I would receive a refund check in the mail. Two weeks later I had not received the refund so I called again. I spoke with Donna. She informed me I would be receiving a refund in the amount of $170 and that she was going to "walk the paperwork" right back to the accounting office. I waited another week and still no refund. On 6/11 I called again and spoke with Donna. She said she would look into it and call me back that day. I did not hear from her so I called her back the next morning. At this point it had been 4 weeks since I was initially told I would receive a refund. On 6/23 I received a check for $57. I called this morning and spoke with Donna again. I asked to speak to a manager/owner but was assured by Donna that she would address this with the owner and call me back today. Not surprisingly I did not hear from her. I am beyond frustrated at this point. If you need quick, friendly, reliable service with no details this is the company for you. The details is where I feel this company could use some help.
My experience with this company is positive, Everyone was courteous and professional from when they answered the phone to personally coming out to my home. I had an issue with my air conditioner that stopped running. I placed a call in the morning and by 2pm same day they sent out a repairman. While trying to determine the issue of why air was no longer running, Collin worked fast and efficient. Will definitely use them in the future for tune ups and repairs. Very happy with the service that was provided.

I received frequent texts and updates to inform me of my 10am - 2pm service window and got an email with an id-style photo of my service tech which I thought was a nice touch for those concerned about their security. My one suggestion is that instead of a text to simply say the technician is "on their way", an ETA would be more useful as I had no idea where the technician was coming from.
My technician, Yonas, arrived just a bit early and was very professional, even putting on those little blue booties to prevent tracking in dirt. He was very communicative about the problem with my AC unit and tracked down a replacement part a few minutes away when he didn't have it on his truck so that he could take care of my problem today instead of a lengthy wait for the part to come in.
I spoke with real humans, no phone trees or recordings any time I called. Appointments were easily available. For a small fee, I obtained member pricinh that has nearly paid for itself already. I got confirmation emails & texts about my scheduled service, Including one with the name & photo of the technician who would be arriving. He wore shoe protection in all parts of my house, explained each thing he did & asked consent before doing any of it. Warranteed parts & labor were honored without me having to.produce documents or argue. Prices were fair & well explained. I feel this company really delivered the great service on my geothermal system that they said they would!
I scheduled an appointment with this company for today. The nicest guy ( Paul L )met me on time and was very down to earth. I explained to him lately every time it rains hard we have a fountain of water springing up from a drain line in a side walk blows off the cover and the water reached 4-5 feet high. Paul did his exam, and put a hose down the drain to see if the line was just blocked. But the drain had no issue. NOW he states he needs to make another service call and bring a VIDEO Camera and a JET cleaner out clean the line, which sounded very reasonable. THIS is when he quoted me a price of $950.00. I agreed, so he called to schedule these services with the Office. Very quickly the price went to $1,600.00 with the story they had a price increase and Paul did not know about it.... HMMM! Anyway, I still agreed to have the service completed. Paul states since he was coming back there would be no charge for today. I said "THANKS"! Within 10 Minutes a lady called me and stated I owed $299.00 for todays service and then need to leave my credit card on file to automatically charge the $1,600.00. I stated the Paul had just told me there was no charge for today since he really couldn't do anything and he's scheduled to come back for the additional services on Monday. She stated that he miss informed me and today charge was $299.00 and demanded a credit card number to bill! I was in a meeting and told her I'd call her back as soon as I was out of the meeting. This really set her of but I hung up for I really was in a meeting! She then had the "BOSS" call me right back stating he wanted the credit card number NOW! i again stated I was in a meeting and would cll him back with the number, I hung up. When the meeting was over I did call back was on hold which seemed forever and did hang up. This went the same way for 3 more tries, same story.. on hold.! NOW 6 hours later the same lady called me back, I have her the card number and she stated that she was going to bill me both for the $299 and the $1,600.00. I said no! She said if you schedule the service it has to be paid for NOW! I stated bill the $299.00 and cancel the service for Monday. With the changing of pricing and the nasty voiced lady!!!!! Who today needs this kind of treatment! THE GOOD OLD BATE AND SWITCH Routine! Please be where of this company..... use someone else!
Yonas contacted me with ETA info by phone and also by text with his photo. He was thorough with his inspection and service of the heating system. The house is toasty warm now. He was hard working and business-like, and pleasant. The price was reasonable. Good job.
Took three stars away due to it being almost a year since my installation and I have yet to have a gas inspection that has been continually delayed. Also they never obtained building permits, even though it's in the contract, and have been terribly unresponsive in solving this. Installation was fine and follow up was good, but make sure any permitting is done correctly.
