Tech attempted to clear a drain clog with a small machine that had only fifty feet of cable. He spent a half hour and charged over $400. Yes, that’s $800 an hour to run a machine that I could have rented for $39 a day.

They came back and completed the job with the proper machine. I am satisfied with the work after the second attempt. Be persistent if the initial job isn’t satisfactory.

Asked them to provide a quote and unfortunately they missed their appt and rescheduled at their own leisure without letting me know. Provided a quote with zero detail despite a sort of unique situation discussed with technician with no followup discussion. Do not recommend for developers or contractors. Seems they prefer the cookie cutter jobs given the limited followup and single line item quote received.

Starting with Customer Service and continuing through all of their departments to Installation, they are the most comprehensive and professional company I have ever encountered! Although I'm not sure if they are the most affordable, I still recommend them because they will complete your task without delay and on time.

As a first time home owner who just had my ac and heater checked for tune up maintenance, i am impressed of the professionalism and how knowledgeable Yonas is. I appreciate the honesty and for him taking his time on checking everything and explaining some suggestions to maintain our unit. Because of his work ethic, i immediately applied to their membership.

I have called this company twice for different issues and each time I was able to get an appointment quickly with a respectful and pleasant technician. There's a small detail that stands out to me: they actually always use shoe covers. I've had plenty over companies service my house for one reason or another and almost all them left behind shoe prints on my shiny floors...thank you for respecting my house. It may be a small thing to many people, but it speaks to a level of care that not everyone takes.

Very disappointed. Very rusty coupling on a top-of-the-line system installed less than three years ago. They sent out Marc Mcconahy, who told me that they used the coupling from the old unit, although they knew it would lead to galvanic corrosion. To save money, of course. He refused to do anything about it, since it wasn't leaking YET. Then he tried to charge me for the visit. I told him to get out of my house.

We arrived home from vacation to find our water heater leaking. We made an appointment in Sunday for Wednesday but within an hour, we received a call saying that a technician would be on the way shortly that afternoon. Paul arrived and was quick to assess and offer a recommendation. Within hours, we had a new water heater with warranty installed and functioning. Paul was delightful to work with and stayed well into the evening to be sure that we had hot water. We highly recommend Supreme!

Every aspect from initial call to scheduling and dispatch was painless! They communicated earlier openings and kept me updated with time of arrival so I did not have to waste any time. Service was thorough and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again!

Technician Paul arrived within 30 minutes of his call for our appointment. He gave a thorough walkthrough of not just what he was doing but why and preventative measures I could take to ensure that my pipes and water were running properly. I am incredibly pleased with the responsive and knowledge that he (and the company) showed. I highly recommend them.

5 years ago I worked with Supreme Service Today to get a geothermal heat pump installed in my house. At that point in time our pre-existing AC system was dying and the house's main source of heat was electric baseboard heat. Supreme came in, looked at the situation, wrote up a competitive quote, did all the duct work, and installed the WaterFurnace system. It's been running smooth ever since. The unit itself has had a couple of minor electrical issues, but those happened under warranty and were largely covered by water furnace.

I'm currently a member of their service plan. The technicians that come out for system inspections are helpful, knowledgeable, and get the job done relatively quickly.
