    Absolutely professional service!…George did a wonderful job explaining the issues with my system and managed to find and fix the problem that other HVAC companies were not able to solve. Additionally, the entire process from scheduling to service was seamless and hassle-free! I enjoyed their integration of technology, using all methods to keep me informed of the schedule and progress, as well as helping to simplify the billing and closeout. I highly recommend Supreme Service Today!

    20% restocking fee for labor, absolute joke and telling a customer you're coming out and never do and say you can do same day service when you know that's a lie! Give that woman all her money back! Then when she finally has enough and goes with someone else and wants her money refunded you tell her a 20% restocking fee when she only is paying for labor. Asinine and even if there were parts involved, it's your fault for not communicating properly!

    We got “supreme service today” to install a new Ac 3 years ago now. Every year since they have installed the new unit something has went wrong!! Takes days to get in contact with anyone and even longer for them to find out what the problem is! It’s going on two weeks and we still have no ac! We have a one year old and he can’t even sleep it’s so hot!’ They gave us portable units that don’t work! How can a brand new AC unit not work? We have asked them to replace the whole unit but they keep giving us the run around! The worst mistake we have made since being homeowners is going with these guys smh

    I'd like to inform you of the level of work and service that Supreme Air, LLC provided to me. Please be sure to forward this to your superiors and the owners as I was thoroughly impressed!

    For a bit of background I had just gone through a renovation of my kitchen and I was a bit anxious about going directly into another contractor adventure right away. Your team relieved all of my anxiety within 5 minutes of me coming home on the 1st day of installation and seeing it nearly completed.

    First impression as I drive up to my house on day 1: there are three trucks from Supreme Air, LLC (wow that seems like a lot for such an average sized or even small job). I walked around my yard scattered with my old furnace, my old oil tank, some old duct work as well. Everyone on your team is working hard and greeted me professionally and welcoming as well. I see both outside units installed, all lines installed, furnace is installed and your lead tech (Reggie) informs me the AC will be fully functional prior to him leaving. Wow I just didn't expect that much!!! Near the end of day 1 I was informed AC is working (turn off my window units). I was also informed professionally to not judge current install as more work would be required the next day. Fair enough for me, the team far exceeded my expectations. As everyone leaves for the day the entire team spent time cleaning up and ensuring there was not trace of Supreme Air, LLC left on my property (except the shiny sticker on the side of the outside unit).

    Day two wasn't much different. Upon coming home your team had completed all work, and spent extra time ensuring my wife's phone could communicate with our new thermostat. All items I wasn't to judge yesterday I investigated, and found everything neat, tidy, and completed above my expectations!

    Just as a side note: both days were around 95*F and humid so miserable outside!!

    Kudos to your team, your way of business and your customer service! Every small business should strive for your level of customer service! I thank you for a job well done!

    Yesterday 6/4/22, my service technician was Gyan. He arrived promptly and got right to work after first taking time to listen to my description of the problem and then performing a thorough test on the unit. I was impressed by his knowledge and confidence to correct several issues on the ac unit. The job was complicated and took quite a while to complete. Gyan tackled each problem head-on and now my home is comfortably cooler. He deserves an outstanding award for his superior service and professional demeanor.
