Yonas came out at the end of what was a 10+ hour shift on the hottest day of the year to help me diagnose my failed AC. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. I was able to obtain competitive quotes for three different solutions to my problem (part replacement vs furnace replacement vs full furnace-AC replacement) within a few hours of the visit.
Would recommend for HVAC maintenance and diagnostics in the Catonsville area.
What can I say? Paul is the man! We had a problem with low hot water pressure on the 2nd floor bathroom sink and tub. He arrived on time, persevered in his diagnosis and ultimately fixed the issue. YEAH!!! He is a very skilled and seasoned plumber! And to add to that, he has a very fun and pleasant personality too! Way to go Paul. Keep up the excellent work!
Depending on when you call (day time vs night time and late in the week vs early in the week) you will get completely different customer service. During the day, you get a friendly voice that wants to help and usually gets you a technician by the next day. At night, good luck and you had better call back in the morning because the message will most likely not make it to the tech. I enjoyed the company when it was Supreme Air. Then they did a "restructuring" according to their employees (who all share in the same sentiment), the company changed a lot when it became Supreme Service. The home town feel is gone. However, the secretaries and the technicians are still top notch.
Things to know about Geothermal Residential. Although the concept is great, the cost of maintenance and repairs (as long as you have the service agreement) do not make the cost of ownership worth the "savings" in your energy bill. If you don't have the service agreement, the cost of ownership is WAY more than what you would have paid for a normal heat pump and general HVAC unit. I've had mine now for nearly a decade and have had buyers remorse for most of it.
Lastly, pay attention to the repair work. It will strongly depend on the individual.

He was easy to speak with and answered many of my questions regarding "hard water" well water and what it can do to your pipes if left untreated. He made several recommendations and I decided what to have done first.He was very thorough evaluating the pipes and it was a very productive visit.
