My mother got a bill for a fill up dec 7 and they never came. Got 10 gallons Monday and is still waiting for a fill up she is 85. This company isn’t worth a raiting. Ok today another 10 gallons what doesn’t this company have any trucks on the road. Might have to go to Carroll at least they called me back

Griffith Energy has always provided excellent service whether it be heating or cooling problems. The service technician that I has this week was excellent. He worked through a difficult furnace problem until he found the cause of the problem. His service was very professional and he was very competent. I highly recommend this company for any of the services they offer.

My air-conditioning unit broke down just prior to the heat of summer. Due to the age of my system I decided to replace the gas furnace as well. I reached out to Griffith and within a day, a gentleman named Chris was at my house to get specs for a new system. Chris was very timely, thorough, and professional in every respect. When it came time for installation, Chris met two technicians at my house, Zane and Christian, and made sure they had everything needed to complete the install. Zane and Christian took it from there. Similar to Chris, Zane and Christian were true professionals. They were very polite and their work was clean and efficient. Overall, the level of service from beginning to end was nothing short of exceptional. Its been several days since install and the new system performs flawlessly. I highly recommend Griffith to anyone in need of anything heating and air-conditioning.

Griffith energy services had serviced my home with oil and furnace maintenance for 45 years. I would not want any other oil supplier to come to my home. All employees both in the office and service maintenance workers perform at a level that would be hard to exceed. Competence and professional employees at every turn. Thank you for all the services provided my family over these years.

Our technician, Gregory Leikus was amazing. He arrived as scheduled and did a very thorough cleaning of our furnace and service of our air conditioning unit. He was very pleasant and respectful. Everyone we deal with at Griffith are kind, honest,wonderful people! We are very thankful for all they do for us! Keep up the great work!

Last week by coincidence the technician that came to perform the yearly checkup on my furnace and the oil delivery man arrived at my home approximately the same time. They each performed their services with no impact or inconvenience to me. I have been a customer of Griffith for a couple of years and have no complaints. I usually get the same lady (sorry I do not know her name) on the phone when I call. She is very professional and it is a pleasure dealing with her. I would highly recommend Griffith Energy Services to anyone that I know.

Corey Robinson did a great job checking both our air conditioning and heating units. We had asked for someone who could do both on one visit. He arrived on time, briefed us on what he would be doing and got to work. As he finished each system he gave us a brief status report and when both were finished, asked us if we had any questions. Mr. Robinson represented Griffith as one hopes all service staff in all businesses might. He earns five stars for an excellent job.

We had a scheduled visit with a Griffith technician to perform yearly maintenance on our furnace, air conditioning unit and heat pump. It was quick and we hope efficient. We wanted the usual paperwork confirming the visit and what was done. The technician said he did not have an operational computer/printer in his truck and would email the paperwork to us. We provided our email address but have not received anything yet.

We just turned on our second floor unit this past weekend since it was hot. Noticed the fan wasn't turning on and no cold air was coming out. Called Griffith Saturday night and spoke to Linda. Linda was very nice and responsive and scheduled a technician to come first thing Sunday morning. Our technician, Josh, called when he was on his way and was there first thing Sunday morning as promised. He was very nice and respectful and also informative during the whole process. He was able to get our unit up and running, just a minor glitch. He even checked back after he left to see how things were. Linda at the office did as well. Excellent service from them both! Thank you!

I was not sure of just what I needed to put my furnace in working order, as it was puffing smoke and stopped running - no hot water for 2 days. I saw your ad on the net along side other oil companies that would not help even though I was a customer. I called and was given a service date. The rest is history as the technician called to say he would arrive in a few minutes, he did.
Justin’s work and manner will make his overseer Dave Nelson very proud in the way they represented Griffith Oil.
