I pay for the Griffith service contract that promises emergency service for no heat. However, tonight when I called, I was told they were too busy and that I would have to wait for the morning crew. I don’t understand what I am paying for at this point. Griffith also has failed to service my furnace for the past 6 months because they said they are too busy. Time to find a new oil/furnace company.

Had my furnace serviced today by Michael Ojei, a service tech from Griffith Energy Services. Mr. Ojei was very energetic and extremely competent as he performed the annual service work. Mr. Ojei is an asset to Griffith Energy Services and should be commended for an outstanding job! Thank you for a job well done!

My boiler stopped firing during a cold snap. The technician, Malcolm Rogers, came out on a Saturday and was very thorough in isolating the electrical problem with my aquastat. He hunted down the right part and installed it, bringing back the heat for the first time in two days. Thank you!

We had a furnace/ac problem that prevented it from working. The Griffith team uncovered the problem and fixed it quickly - after others have tried and failed. I am delighted with the Griffith experience I have had for the last five years.

Update company finally called today at 5pm was scheduled 8am/12 for just a tank inspection. Lady said sorry did not come because did not know what pipe to replace??? Mind you have have called 3 times in 2 days to confirm the inspection. They told me this morning they would call when coming. Have waited all day if someone was unsure should of called earlier. Someone did not take time to type in correct info

Daniel Hays (Dan) was congenial, polite, and informative. We watched him methodically check over the system in our basement and out in our yard with great care while describing each step of the way to us. Been waiting over 24 hours for someone to bring oil to our house. Called 5 times.

Ryan showed up as predicted by his alerting phone call. He completed two AC tuneups and two furnace tuneups professionally. He had run out of bootys and and to compensate he removed his boots at the door and went socken-footed indoors.

A technician came out from Griffith Energy to give us an estimate for installing a new oil tank. The technician was both business like and polite, and we are proceeding with the install.
