Daniel Hays was the technician to service our home. He was punctual and quick. He even played along with my 2 y.o. daughter when she asked if Santa Clause was downstairs.

Service team was not able to be here at the designated time, but they did let us know which was appreciated. So we weren't at the house during the service (they entered through the basement) but they did everything we needed.

Just wish we could have been here during the servicing. Perhaps next time.

Twice in a week they promised delivery and never showed up and never called. Had to keep calling them. Worst service ever. I was out of oil, temps below freezing and they tell to buy a gas can, get some diesel and put it in myself 5 gallons at a time. Seriously??? I have a contract for automatic delivery. Their ad says reliable and 100% customer satisfaction. NOT TRUE!!! Avoid these guys.

Brian Magar has been servicing my system twice a year for years now . He is always very precise and detail oriented . Does a great job, always happy to see him.

We had Griffith Energy come out to check a problem with our heating system. The repair person who came out did a great job and gave us some great advice.

OUT OF OIL, 3AM, 12°, NO HEAT. HAVE A CREDIT BECAUSE I ALWAYS OVER PAY, ON AUTO FILL SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED, 3 PHONE CALLS LATER U TELL ME SOMEONE WILL CALL ME AFTER 8AM. Been with them for several years. On auto fill and have service contracts. ALWAYS pay on time AND OVER PAY. I currently have a credit and I run out of oil. SOMEONE IS SLUMPING. SMH. ILL BE SHOPPING COMPANIES TODAY!!!!!!!!!!

Very responsive, great service and communication. We use them for fuel oil, equipment installation and maintenance. Also AC maintenance and oil-fired hot water for our whole house. Highly recommend!!!

Thank you Dale May for your professionalism, kindness, and speedy installation/ repair of our motor (in the hot attic 😅)- even though we had just lost power from a thunderstorm (and dark attic!).

My annual maintenance on my oil burner was performed in a very satisfactory manor. The technician was very professional and a credit to your organization.

We just signed up with Griffith oil. So far they have been great. The price for oil was the cheapest by far When compared to other companies
