Bob came within 20 minutes and quickly found the A/C issue. He had the needed new capacitor and replaced it. All the questions I had were answered in a professional manner. He checked my freon levels, and even rinsed off built up crude on the unit. I will use his services again.

BOB DRUMM is a scam and provides poor work. He tried to charge me for a condenser I didn't even need. So grateful I went with a second opinion. He also charged me for 6 lbs.of freon and only filled it with 4 lbs and without placing a cap. When I called to inform him, he took absolutely no ownership and was extremely short and hung the phone up. He was short tempered and sarcastic during his visit as well but I overlooked it in hopes to just get the repair behind me. However, his initial communication was pleasant and his pricing seemed more reasonable but now I understand why. He's a scam or incompetent or both.

Bob arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to identify the issue immediately. He was very courteous with me and my family. I will continue to use Bob for any future AC issues.
