My shower would not turn off, and my sink was also leaking into my ceiling and starting coming through the floor. One call to Abend Plumbing and they were at my door within 30 minutes! The gentleman was professional, cleaned up everything and had everything fixed and in perfect condition within two hours! The customer service was amazing, the price you couldn’t beat, and it was just all around a great experience. I will never use another company again!

The two gentlemen plumbers who were assigned to my project were OUTSTANDING in every detail. After working with 2 other plumbing companies, who were horrible (sent technicians who did not have the necessary skills and knowledge to do the job), I was concerned if all plumbers were the same. These two men were skilled, knowledgeable and tested their results several times before leaving. I will NEVER use anyone else but Abend Services again.

This is a woman owned business/ they are exceptional— knowledgeable about products and brands, extremely responsive through a chat feature and the plumber who performed the work was efficient and left the work area clean. They repaired a bathroom shower leak, installed new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Very professional, good quality and value.

I highly recommend getting plumbing repair work from Abend! My experience was so awesome. My hallway bathroom toilet had been running for a week so I started turning water valve off behind the toilet; the 3rd day the knob turned but the water would not shut off. I thought I could repair it by watching YouTube but after a few videos I didn’t trust myself. I contacted Katie 1130pm and told her how my bill was going to be high because my toilet been running non stop for 2 days and explained my issue, 730am she contacted me back, 4pm she let me know Jim would be coming out within an hour, within that hour Jim contacted me letting me know he will be on the way. Jim came and educated me on the issue and showed me where my main water switch was in cause of emergency. He started on my toilet and was done within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, professional and super fast. Jim cleaned up and took all trash with him even after I told him it was ok. Jim was super pleasant and patient as he listened to my rant about YouTube. Long story short Katie and Jim were awesome and I am totally satisfied with my experience! I highly recommend getting any plumbing services from Abend Plumbing and Heating!

Plummer did what needed to be done; came out and fixed issue, so no problem there.
Customer service is very bad.
Started with a 5 star review but after the experience with receptionist/billing it has changed my view of this business.
Would not recommend.

I've usee Abend Plumbing for pipe leak issues and repairs at my property since I bought it and I've been satisfied with their work and service. They are responsive and work with your budget to the best of their capability to get the work done on time and with good quality products. I'd recommend them for sure for any plumbing work you need to get done.

The service was excellent....from start to finish. The crew were very considerate in answering my questions about the outside water pipe leak and explained how they would have to dig up the yard to run the new line and replace the pipe in the basement....and very polite. I will recommend ABEND to my neighbors here in Brooklyn Park...and to anyone who needs plumbing service.

DO NOT RECCOMEND. VERY OVER PRICED , they do flat rate pricing and say its a very hard job & will take time to fix, then there in & out in 40minutes. if you include drive time to go back & get here tools & parts (which should be on their truck) was a total of 1hour & 29 minutes for 650.0 dollars. so they scare you then give this price then get the repairs done fast. then when i made a complaint. i was told flat rate pricing. so thats how they get you. and the owner is a real piece of work. very ignorant & likes to yell. and stop using the race card. has nothing to do with anything. and my wife was happy until we found out we were RIPPED OFF. AND DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT ME. your the one ripping people off not me. and i didnt say i wouldnt write a review if you gave me a hundred dollars. i would have wrote i anyway. and i would of wanted alot more then a 100 dollars off after the rip off job you did. tech made it seem bad but really wasnt then you say its flat rate to justify the TERRIBLE OVERCHARGE. like i told you on the phone, you need the money more then me. LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS LADY. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF
