The service was prompt. The technian, Bobby, was courteous and knowledge. The job was completed ahead of my expectationstime expectations and to my satisfaction. The service may cost more than similar companies but you get what you pay for.

This morning at 8 AM I called Pioneer when they opened and spoke to a Tiffany who proceeded to get me on their schedule to fix a heater in our house in Shreveport and at 11 AM Eric the service technician showed up and performed diagnostics testing had my heater fixed by noon. I want to thank Pioneer especially Tiffany and Eric‘s for the professional and prompt services.

Eric was amazing in helping us determine the right coarse of action against our faulty and older unit. Definitely recommend to anyone out searching for a reliable and trustworthy company!
