Pioneer is the best! My dad was a builder and always used them for his business. Many years later I am still using Pioneer! They are all very kind, polite, prompt, and truly care. I appreciate the work ethics of this company. I highly recommend Pioneer Air!

Pioneer put in our new air conditioning system within the last couple of years. Recently it stopped working. We called and a service tech arrived the same day within a few hours. He quickly determined the problem was some old wiring in the house from our original A/C that finally failed. He scheduled a team of three techs to come the next day to run new wire in our attic and got the system up and running in under two hours. This was really important for us in that my wife is battling cancer, and keeping the house comfortable for her is vital to her well being. We have always been impressed with the professionalism, timeliness and effectiveness of Pioneer and their excellent technical and support staff. Thank you Pioneer!

The technician was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He took his time and made sure everything was done right. He also offered us many different options as it pertained to our system. I would definitely recommend Pioneer to anyone needing heating and a/c service.

We have been using Pioneer for about 3 years now. We initially used them to replace our AC & heating unit. Since then we have used them a number of times for our plumbing needs. They also come out every 6 months to service our AC & heating unit. I just chose them to replace our tankless hot water heater. Every person I have ever dealt with at Pioneer has been exceptional and they almost always come out the same day when I call. Their prices also seem reasonable. Since I started using Pioneer I made a friend who owns another AC & Heating company in town. I told him we use Pioneer and he said they are good which I think is saying something since they are one of his competitors. I always recommend them anytime someone asks for an AC & Heating or plumbing company.

It was a pleasure working with Pioneer to replace my existing AC. Their installers were professional and showed up before I could make it home. They took the spare time to stage their equipment and got right to work as soon as I opened everything up for them. They were happy to answer my question and knew exactly how their system worked. I would definitely use them again.

AC went out and called them and was replaced on the next morning gave great options and was able to pay over time 0% interest. Never had to worry honest quick and reliable. Dont call the other companies. Call Pioneer they keep you in the comfort zone.

Every time that I call them to check my unit it was you need a new. When I called another shop for another estimate. They found the problem and that my original unit was still under warranty. I found it very interesting that the estimator was always just a couple of minutes away the two times that I have called them. Like they are planning on selling a unit before they even get to the job.
