Eric, the serviceman, was nice and seemed to do a thorough job. He patiently explained to me the possible issues I may be facing with my unit. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. I couldn't have asked for more.

Air Conditioning now works. Parts should have cost $500 based on current market value. That leaves a labor charge of $1000. This served as a reminder to make sure you have your home warranty up to date.

Replaced facets from washer that was causing a leak. The job was finished quickly and I am well pleased.

I got an answer quickly from this company(on a Saturday afternoon) and someone was my door within 45 minutes My own company has yet to answer my call to them. There was a hefty fee for this service but I am all set to go with a new thermostat and transformer.
