Levi and Drake did a great job with the install of my new AC unit. It was if they had not even been in my house outside of the fact the air was cool! The house was exactly as we had left it that morning with no messes! I would highly recommend these two men to take care of future AC/heating needs for myself and friends!

3 visits to unclog my rent house drain lines. Still not fixed. Spent 6k+ in past year with this company. I'll find someone else who can fix it right the first time. Unacceptable to say the least. To show how much they care I graduated high school with the owners. Terrible!!

Pioneer installed an A/C system at my son's home and I was so impressed with the quality and speed that I called them for some work at my rental home. They showed up and went over all the work that needed to be done and addressed all of my questions and concerns. There was no waiting a week for a quote. Got on his computer in his truck and had me quote in 10 min. I accepted and the crew came the NEXT DAY! The crew was very respectful and took great efforts to keep the home tidy as they worked. The work performed was first class and everything to code. Complete gutting of old ductwork and hauled off all scrap. If your looking for some patchwork stuff so you can dump your HVAC problems on the next owner of the home, then don't call Pioneer. If you concerned about the air quality, efficiency, and longevity of your HVAC.. call Pioneer.

Professional & courteous service but the company is much too expensive. Quoted just under $1000 to replace a section of drainpipe under a sink that could likely be done in 3-5 hours with one plumber and one asst to bring him supplies. Do the math on that one per hour before calling them out.

Courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I told them there was no rush for my repair but they came the same day anyway. Highly recommend them.

What a wonderful experience. Bobby came out right away and thoroughly checked my system, making sure my unit was operating properly before he left. I will recommend Pioneer to all my friends.

Shane and his support help did an excellent job. All work and no play. Would recommend them. Also compliment Ms. Robin for handling the paper work. Very efficient and a good sales lady.
