Pioneer Comfort Systems

I have a service agreement with Pioneer Comfort Systems and they come in fall and spring to make sure that my system is in good condition. This week they came and gave the fall check. The inside unit was given a through cleaning and operation check and the same was done for the outside. I highly recommend Pioneer Comfort Systems for anyone's heating and cooling needs.

Pioneer has always been 1st rate in all categories of value, responsiveness, timeliness, maintenance checks, identified worn equipment/replacing parts, and professionalism in areas of HC/AC and plumbing. Robin has always been terrific in customer service and calling when employees are enroute. This last visit I know she called on the home phone and I did not answer because I was busy with a grandson in my lap. She immediately called on my cell phone and asked if I was home! Pioneer has never been late.

I recommend Pioneer to others; you may pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.

I called Pioneer Comfort System to check my air system, the person that showed up was Bobby Snowden, he was very polite and pleasant , he took his time to check my system keeping me informed about everything he was doing also answered all my questions,showed me step by step what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable in explaining everything. After checking everything it was obvious i needed a new system as mine was 23 years old and not worth repairing. Anyone who needs air system check or repair call and ask for Bobby, you won’t be disappointed. I give him a 5 plus!!

Pioneer Comfort Systems were professional, friendly and very experienced. They fixed my hot water heater and let me know every step of the way what they were doing. I would recommend Pioneer for any plumbing needs that you may have. Thank you for your help.

I called last Wednesday to schedule an appointment for the following Monday to have my washer line drain looked at. At 1150am I called to see if they had an ETA on when they would arrive, the lady on the phone said the plumber would arrive at 1pm right after his lunch break. Well I waited all day, even took off work for the day and nobody came. Pretty crazy considering I even took the effort to schedule an appointment. Very unprofessional. Haven’t heard from them since.

Bobby came out and figured out our issue quickly. He patiently explained everything to me & two separate people so I could relay the information accurately. Very honest, knowledgeable and straight forward. Thank you for all your advice and help with getting our home cooled on a Sunday evening in the dark! Excellent service and would highly recommend!

The heater went out at our home today. Unbeknownst to me, my mother froze most of the day. When I made it home from work, I called Pioneer and within an hour the service tech was here and fixed the problem. I now have one happy mom who is warm and cozy! Thank you so much Pioneer for your wonderful service!

The gentleman that serviced my units was very courteous and thorough. I had hired another company to service my unit in the Spring of this year but they did not put in the time and effort to clean and check my unit as this man did. I really appreciate the time that he took to get the job done right.

The pioneer service tech that came to my house was very helpful. He found the problem very quick and gave me advice on how to continue to care for our air conditioning units. We will be using them for all of our future air conditioning needs.

Our Tech (Shane) is so reliable and dependable that we request him every time. So appreciate the time and care he has given us over the years to keep our AC and heat running efficiently. A true asset to Pioneer Comfort Systems.
