My unit is 24 years old and many of the parts needed are no longer available. Tim was very thorough and showed me all the components of my system to help me better understand how my unit is supposed to work and what the current issues were. I needed to purchase a new unit and I was able to do that right away and the new unit was scheduled to be installed the very next day! I was able to finance the new unit and I had flexibility with that financing. There were 3 options for new unit and Tim walked me through each of them with detail. I felt very comfortable with the decisions I made thanks to this company. Zachary and Cal did the installation and they were amazing!

We discovered a leak this morning about 1030am from our hot water heater. We called Southern Air and within 30 minutes, Derek R came and assessed and gave a quote. And then not even an hour later James C was here to install. It took only 2 hours to drain, removed the old and install the new water heater. We are so very pleased! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Never what you expect, but feel like they really took care of us and gave us the best possible price! We didn't need it but they offered financing, and a warranty came with the water heater. Yay. Derek, thank you for coming so quickly. And James, you were so professional, thoughtful and pleasant. You didn't leave a mess and you were so conscientious to keep water from getting everywhere, which I can't imagine would be easy. Thank you!

I had the opportunity to work with service tech, Richard Roland. He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable and always greeted with a smile. Richard always followed up with me, and was just a phone call away if I needed anything.

Jacob-Install & Office Manager, along with Mike V. were also a joy to work with during the installation process. They were extremely nice and the install was done in a timely manner. Southern Air & Heating is the way to go for all your air and heating needs.

The tech, Chris, was very professional prompt and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend contacting them for any of your air conditioning needs. I called to have someone come out to look at my AC unit. The lady that answered the phone was so personable and helpful. She got me scheduled for the next day. James came out and was probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met! You can tell he is very knowledgeable and loves what he does. With me, customer service goes a long way and James is the reason I will use this place time and time again. Professional and personable! Although he was unable to fix my problem, they offer plumbing services as well and the plumber will be out the same day! 10/10 recommend

They had someone out the same day I called about our AC system. Tim was great, gave me options and didn’t make me feel like he was only trying to sell me a new unit. They had the new system installed two days later. Zach and his partner did an excellent job on the install. A positive experience all the way around. Very professional.

Great service, Levi the VERY knowledgeable technician they sent out was friendly and fast and extremely thorough. Southern Air seems to embrace technology and even allows you to do your service payment and signature right there on a tablet and emails you any quotes with one quick tap.
They are not pushy or trying to sell for the sake of selling.

Technician Levi was on time, polite, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made everything easy and was very informative about the issues I'm having with my AC unit and what steps were needed to fix these issues. They even got me scheduled in for ac replacement for the next day. Highly recommended for your Ac/Heating needs. Adam and Mike made the installation fast and precise. They both were so friendly and efficient the whole team really made this a pleasant experience all around. Highly recommended 👌

Both of the technicians were friendly, helpful, and on time. They seemed to work well together to get the job done for my a/c repair. Dean Williamson had been out the day before and was able to assess what needed to be done. The personnel that I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and helpful as well. Dean did a great job explaining what needed to be done. Southern Air installed both my heating and a/c units and I have always been impressed with their people and how they work.
