AccuTemp Cooling and Heating

We’ve used AccuTemp for years and have had a great experience with them! They installed a new indoor and outdoor unit for us 7 or 8 years ago and we’ve used their preventative maintenance program for several years since then. Always great communication and the techs have been super professional. As a fellow small business owner, I couldn’t ask for better service. Definitely recommend.

5 hours late with no courtesy update call. I had to call twice to find out if coming. Technician came in with dirty muddy shoes. Took them off sometimes but other times didn’t take shoes off or use covers. Had to area spot clean carpet after service. Technician was friendly, helpful with questions, took time and best I can tell did a thorough job. Overall satisfied. Just wish on time and technician used covers for shoes.

Accutemp called me early the next morning after leaving a message with their answering service the night before. Our thermostat quit and our AC would not come on (during June in Loisiana!). I was a new customer, but they got a tech to our home that day.
Service call was quick and professional and the bill was fair.

Excellent service. Had AC go out on a holiday weekend. Called and they were here within 20 minutes. AC was repaired after an hour. Service tech was professional and pleasant.

Very quick response to my call. Technician was very knowledgeable and had my system up and running in a reasonable period of time. Good price based on the work performed. I will the again in the future.

Kyle was prompt arriving and laser focused on diagnosing the problem. Discovered the issue and completed the repair quickly and efficiently with clear discussion of the circumstances and offered suggestions for future maintenance.

On time and very professional.. did not waste anytime coming out to repair our ac unit.. called 2 other company's and was told they cannot get out till tuesday... so glad I called accu temp ..thank you thank you thank you....

Called the Accutemp office at 10am…Technician arrived in my driveway at 11:05am…fixed my issue and was gone in by 11:35am…very professional very knowledgeable…great service from the ladies in the office all the way around…have used them for years and will continue to use them…highly recommended Accutemp
