Ray showed up and helped us out of a bind. Another company was trying to charge me for a warranty part. He explained to me about maintenance plan that's saving me a lot of money for the servi8they provide.

David and James were very professional and nice. I had two separate issues in the same weekend with my AC and Drain pipe. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen for any job.

No Trust! Two weeks after an HVAC new system install, I ended up contacting Bossier Code Enforcement to get Southern Air Heating and Cooling to fix an obvious, deadly-safety violation. Up in my attic, I discovered that the pipe that sends Carbon Monoxide (CO) an odorless poisonous invisible gas – the safety piping that connect furnace to roof -- ten inches of that pipe near my furnace was absolutely not installed. My 90+ y/o relative with me during that time could easily have walked and pushed button on thermostat and turned on heater and subcommed to CO or the same might have happened to me not knowing the CO pipe was not adjoined. I am Highly disturbed about this and equally of Southern Air Heating and Cooling total disregard after repeated attempts to contact them about the missing part. They didn't even followup. They took my money easily but failed to follow-up on such a vital issue. My dissatisfaction with their work was brought to the attention of management.

A Southern Comfort technician was available within 4 hours of the time I called. Everyone was helpful, friendly and proficient; from Stephanie that dispatched the call to Levi that performed the diagnostics on our unit. We will be using them in the future.

The guys Austin & Josh that came by to install our new HVAC system we’re kind, considerate, respectful with awesome work ethic!
They arrived early, before 8 and worked tirelessly until about 4:30 and though I offered them drinks, I don’t think they stopped long enough to even finish them, and worked right through a lunch hour. I have been very pleased over all with the service and customer service of Southern Air cooking and heating.

We had a number of problems in our AC unit and had three great employees help us out. Definitely sticking with this company for future repairs and check ups. Ask for James S, Andrew A, or Anthony! They are on time, efficient, and look for the problem until they find it. Highly recommend!
