They came the same day, were professional, and were much more reasonable than other companies that quoted me. Terri communicated each step, showed me pictures, and gave a detailed report. I would definitely use Keefe’s in the future.

Rahim was helpful in instructing proper thermostat setting and operation. He determined that we also have an electrical issue that was outside his purview but set up an electrician to come to determine the problem and fix it on the same day.

Mr. Walter came to repair a problem in our newly installed system. He took his time to research the problem and came to the conclusion that would solve the problem. He made a temporary repair, and told us that a crew would come and fix the issue permanently. He even called us on his day off - the next day - to see how we were doing.

They were extremely professional and answered all questions I had. They cleaned up their mess and informed me on future appointments once they finished the job. I would definitely use this company again.

Bryan my technician was exceptional I'll rate him 10 stars I'm only rating the company 4 stars simply because I would rather have a specific time the technician will arrive if the company can make that change that'll be great but overall this is an excellent company and I would definitely recommend them to everyone

This is a good company, call them first.
Most recent service was replacing the old and obsolete HVAC system that dated from the time the house was built about 20 years ago. The coolant in the old system is no longer on the market so it isn't possible to recharge it with the old coolant. Our new HVAC is a high efficiency unit much more efficient than the old one that will save electricity, if not the electric costs due to price increases.

They also had previously installed our whole house generator service. My generator signaled that it was time for a service call. Keefe's installed it (right before Ida) and after Ida it ran for 3 weeks straight, only stopping for more propane after the first 2 weeks of continuous operation. The service tech was on time, explained things very well, did a thorough job and left everything neat and clean. Highly recommended.

Called to schedule a annual service for my generator. They came out the following day! Friendly professional service. Highly recommend this company.

Very professional. They even corrected some mistakes that were made by another company that installed our AC. My only complaint is the texts that come through requesting feedback all come between midnight and 2AM. They may want to correct that b/c that is not something you want to get woken up to.

I have had several interactions with Keef’s Heating and Air. I have found the staff to be professional, competent, and courteous. My appointment with Master Electrician Jason Gore went very well. He quickly diagnosed my electrical issue and helped to resolve it.

Robert Poole was the only service technician who came to my house. He was very polite and was very professional.
