Excellent and efficient service.All the Keefe’s employees are professional and they are excellent communicators about all aspects of the HVAC new installation.
Keefe’s also offers traditional type financing rather than the credit card type that others offer.
I’ve been involved in and around Maintenance and Construction for many years and I can appreciate the excellent service that Keefe’s employees deliver!!!😀👍🏻

I lost my last house to an electrical fire. When I started hearing an odd noise from a fixture in the bathroom, I panicked. My neighbor recommended them. I called and they were very nice and they got someone out as soon as possible. It was no big deal but Matt was very understanding. He answered a few questions and gave me recommendations. I will definitely use them again.

Overall, had a great experience! The longest waiting period was permits, after that the installation all happened on one day. The guys that were out here working were all very nice and professional and polite. We had a couple of little communication hiccups, but they went out of their way to accommodated me and my schedule. I am very appreciative of their customer service. I have yet to use my generator and I am waiting for one more step with having my meter changed out, but I am certain that things will go well. I gladly recommend Keefe’s! My experience from the very first moment that I reached out to generator sales and through my installation, was very positive.

No one with a 2 year old system wants to call-in because they are having a/c issues while our area is experiencing a "heat dome." The only thing I wanted less was to send a tech up into my attic while it "feels like" over 100 degrees outside. George went up, figured it out and had us coll again so quickly. And then calmly explained what was going on and what I could do to hopefully not see him again anytime soon. Thanks George and thanks Keefe's.
