Omg Justin was wonderful he was very professional. He arrived on time he answered every question I answer. He was really nice I give him 10 ⭐️and I will recommend this company to anybody and tell them to ask for Justin. I had this company come out before and they’ve were excellent. Never had any problems even when I call on the phone they were nice and professional.Justin was also very knowledgeable. It was a lot of things I didn’t know and he took his time and explained everything.

Just go read their YELP Reviews. Especially if you’re using your home warranty. Their customer service is terrible. The store Manager assumes you don’t follow instructions and blames you instead of taking accountability & providing solutions. Poor management. Don’t even waste your time asking for her to help you.

Tip: if your a/c unit doesn’t unfreeze completely in 8-10 hours like they recommend (or even 20 hours like my upstairs unit) then just turn your fan on but leave your system off. This will defrost it quicker. The a/c guy who actually helped me come up with this solution for me & actually helped me. Free game. You’re welcome!

Both men arrived in a timely manner. Jimmy is a great trainer. He was very professional and took the time to explain to Justin, step by step the process. Justin was very receptive and will be a great reflection of Jimmy 's training. You did great with these two Express heating & Air Conditioner.

Office staff Courtney and Tory were awesome in getting some one to my home, Josh the service technician corrected my issue immediately and wS very thorough in his work he is a good accet to the company and knows his stuff.

I cannot say enough good things about Express! They were hired by my home warranty company to repair my HVAC system. If all of my home warranty vendors conducted business like them I would be delighted. They were professional, courteous, communicative, timely and above all else HONEST. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing. Customer service was STELLAR! Express Heating and A/C was sent to repair my a/c by American Home Shield. The office staff was courteous and proficient in explaining what repairs were needed. The technicians were prompt, friendly and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would use Express in the future and recommend them to anyone with heating or a/c issues.
Today, Justin came to my house to do spring maintenance on my a/c unit. As usual, I received the great service that I have come to expect from Express. Justin was professional and friendly and let me know what he was doing at each step of his work process. Thanks Express!

Keith Myles the AC Technician is a professional young man he was on time he did a wonderful job fixing my system in a few minutes he had me cooling again. He explained what the problems was and how the parts worked I recommend him as your service technician.
