    I will only have Express Heating and Air fix my AC. Where do I start, the operator who came to my house, Edi, explained to me what the problem was in detail and showed me the problem for myself. He gave me a fair price for the problems I had. Especially when compared to other quotes I was given from other companies, and what some companies thought were the problem. It turns out I only had problems with the thermostat and capacitor where as other companies offered full replacements for some parts. After a few months the AC is working very well and I will definitely be calling Edi for any AC repairs and problems.

    I found this company searching online, read the reviews and called when my furnace failed this past winter (2022). Another company had come out and gave me an estimate but I wanted to compare prices and products. Eddy was honest, professional, arrived on-time and gave us the true facts about units and what we needed. We had his company install the unit for our main floor and basement areas and opted not to replace the attic unit as it was old but still working, Just last week (June, 2022) during a blisteringly hot week, the A/C on the upstairs unit failed. Eddy was able to come out, despite how swamped they were, in three days. He even recommended getting a portable unit from one of the local hardware stores for our bedroom which we did, to prevent sleeping on our sofas to stay cool; it worked.

    The new unit was installed and, when they removed the a/c unit outside, they found a copperhead and properly disposed of it for me.

    This company will be the only heating and A/C company that I will ever use. You can’t go wrong with them. You will get a honest quote that is fair and get the truth about what you need while saving money. The bigger companies will charge more and the information given will benefit their bottom line, not yours. If you are thinking about calling them, call; you’ll be glad you did!

    Eddie and Amir were absolutely incredible. If I could give them 100 stars I would!!! My air conditioner broke suddenly today with 100 degree weather. They came out and repaired my old unit later in the evening on a Friday which showed they truly care about their customers. They were honest and fair in price and discussed what will need to happen in the future. They were very friendly/professional and I will definitely be using them again for a total unit replacement.     Couple of weeks ago, my AC went out - just in time for the temperatures to start creeping up! It was determined the belt in the outside AC unit was jammed and had stopped working. Adi with Express Heating & Air installed the new fan; took a much shorter time than I had thought it would, polite & professional to deal with! If it weren't for him & Express I'd probably be going OUTSIDE to cool off on a day like today ( first really dangerous heat index day of the year so far ), but my AC has been working great, and I am so grateful on a day like today! Highly recommend!

    I gave Express a call, and Eddie was here to diagnose my AC system in less than an hour. He took the time to explain his diagnosis and provided recommendations. We decided to get the whole system replaced, so Eddie provided us with an emailed estimate in less than 10 minutes and even encouraged us to get a second opinion and estimate if we wanted and to just let him know our decision.

    Well, we kind of had already did that with “The Air Co.”. You see, we had The Air Co. out to our place 5 days prior. They diagnosed ($89), told us we needed to have a leak test done ($560) and was pretty sure we needed a replacement system. We paid the diagnostic fee ($89), declined the leak test since from his other findings he was 99% sure the system needed to be replaced, and asked the air co. Tech to send us a quote/estimate for a new system. He left, about 5 minutes later I get an email for a leak test estimate :/ I didn’t need this as we had already declined to pay $560 to have them tell us what we already knew (there was a leak somewhere) So, I wait the day out to give them more time to send it over. Next day, still nothing, so I call and leave a message. No call back, no estimate, and still no cold air downstairs. Two days pass, still no estimate.

    After the weekend passed, I called Express and received EXCELLENT service from Eddie. Like I said above, he was quick (guess that’s why they’re called Express lol), not pushy, and honest! Got my quote about 10 minutes after he left and my AC system was installed and running the very next day!
    But here’s the kicker, later the same afternoon, I get an email from The Air Co. with an estimate for my new system (5 days later)…they provided 3 packages and let’s just say their lowest package was DOUBLE what Express had quoted me for the same brand system! LOL Get outta here!

    Smooth, quick, honest, and seamless service from Eddie and his team. Absolutely no complaints, great job guys!

    Trust is the most important thing to me when it comes to doing business with someone. Express Heating and Air has earned my trust by being honest, transparent, reliable, and dependable in my multiple dealings with them. I have referred friends to them and they have also had the same result. They have done a fantastic job for me, twice now, fixing my AC in the middle of the summer (95+ degree temps). I can’t thank them enough for being there in a pinch, fixing the problem quickly, and being extraordinarily fair under the circumstances. When they finish the job and send me the bill I always feel I took advantage of them and they should have charged me more. I have an annual maintenance contract with them now to service my units and while I hope I don’t need their services too much in th le futute, I know they are there for me if I need them!

    I called American Home Shield (our home warranty company) because my HVAC system in the basement was not working. We paid American Home Shield $100. They sent Express HVAC out to fix the issue. Express HVAC stated that we need a new compressor. He stated that it would be $350 to replace the compressor. So, we scheduled the compressor to be replaced. Someone from Express HVAC's office called and stated that the technician that quoted us $350 to replace the compressor was new and it would actually cost over $15,000 to replace it. The HVAC unit is less than one year old and we knew we had electrical issues, so we asked American Home Shield to send out an electrical company to see if an electrical issue was causing the HVAC unit to not work. The electrical company came out and found the issue. They confirmed that it was not an issue with the HVAC unit but was an electrical issue. We got the electrical issue fixed. However, the HVAC unit still was not working, so we called American Home Shield again. They sent another HVAC company (Piedmont HVAC) to take a look at the HVAC unit. The Piedmont HVAC technician was here 5 minutes and stated that Express HVAC disconnected our compression on our HVAC unit. Once that technician connected the compressor, the HVAC unit stated working. I don't understand why the Express HVAC technician did not leave our HVAC unit in the same condition that he found it. It seems like Express HVAC wanted us to think it was the compressor in the HVAC unit when it was not so that they could get some a lot of money. American Home Shield confirmed that Express HVAC gave us an incorrect diagnosis and gave us a coupon to use on our next service request.

    Express heating saved the day. My problem started with a gas leak from my furnace. They worked with the city to identify were the gas was exactly coming from and gave me all my options to fix it. I went with getting a whole new furnace due to my system being slightly older anyway. I got a stronger better system with a warranty for a great price. Can’t beat their service!
