    Doug was polite, professional, personable, and knowledgeable when he came to my home. I’m not sure I’ve ever felt so comfortable with a repair person I didn’t know or have referred by a friend, and maybe not even then. As a woman most men talk down to us but Doug did not. He was honest and upfront. My dad was a heating and air professional for 30+ years and he would have liked Doug. Would recommend time and time again.

    Initially had a good experience with Braves heating and air. They helped us in a few emergency scenarios. Because of this, we decided to commit to their routine maintenance program. However, despite scheduling twice, they never showed up and never communicated that they weren’t until we reached out to them after the time period both times. Their communication is incredibly poor. Look elsewhere for your AC care, such as Vital Air.

    The team installed a furnace in my home in February. I was happy with the install, as it corrected my heat not working. However, once it got hot outside, I noticed the home isn’t cooling properly. I tried to contact the company multiple times, to no avail. I had another company come and look at the furnace and they said it was installed completely incorrectly. I finally got someone from Braves to come and look at it, and he said he saw the problem and would have it corrected immediately at no charge to me. That conversation happened 3-4 weeks ago, and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or call me back. My power bills are double what they were a year ago.
