The Solace technician was great. He was very prompt in resolving our AC cooling issue and very knowledgeable about future recommendations regarding our aging unit.

Called Solace due to my system quitting on me, and not even 24 hours later someone was out here and it was repaired. Jared was professional on every aspect and his service was superb! Thank you Jared!!

I recently moved into a home and they replaced and serviced components of the system. The system stopped working within a week and I contacted them to schedule a service call. One was scheduled and never fulfilled. After repeated attempts to contact them to fulfill the service call THEY no-showed, I received no answer, call back or any other form of response. I was intentionally ignored for over a week to the point I had to go with another company. Literally the worst company I have ever experienced. Do not use this company

I highly recommend Jared and his team. Jared was prompt replying to my inquiry, scheduling a visit for inspection and completing the service. Both inside and outside units were changed, with the addition of two ducts being moved and one added. The installation process went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. I have used several AC companies and this was by far my best experience.
