Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Proactive in checking that all steps of repair were completed to avoid second service call! Very pleased with this company which has served my house since December 2022 cold weather event. Only company who would do service call during that event.

I had to replace my central air unit and after receiving several estimates I opted to go with a unit by Lennox. Its brand that I'm familiar with and has a pretty good reputation. The sales guy and the installers were professional and timely. I'm quite pleased with the experience of doing business with Keefe's.

Service is great. Price seems a little high. Paid 750 bucks for them to drain my condensation pan and clear the condensation line

Jordan was punctual and friendly with reviewing my HVAC systems. I appreciated his recommendations and follows up. Very professional company. I would recommend them.

Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable and they do great work. The only complaint I have is that the last few times they did not email me a copy of their inspection report. I called the office and they sent me a copy of the invoice. I am on their maintenance plan so I already have the invoice.

Toby was great. After a little searching, found the issue and repaired it. Contained the charge within the $88 proposed. Would recommend and use him again. PS, neat, crisp uniform. Made a great appearance for your company.

Alex was just wonderful. Such a pleasant and polite young man. He fully explained the service. He was both professional and courteous. Would highly recommend Keefe’s for AC and heating and Alex for your technician. He explained price and recommended options to service. Not pushy to make a sale.

The day I got home from surgery, I discovered my ac had stopped working, during a spring heat wave. I called my usual people and they couldn’t see me until three days later. I called Keefe’s because I’ve seen their truck in the neighborhood. They came in an hour, and diagnosed what I knew what was coming: my 16yr old system was dead. They replaced everything the next day. They didn’t necessarily save my life, but when that cool air came on, it certainly felt like they had. Thanks Kerry, Cody and Ahmad. They were all very polite, nice, and dedicated to details.

Jason came to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained in plain terms all the work that my house needs. Very respectful and friendly.

I am very happy with my service from OKeefes! The technician actually took photos of the inside of my air conditioning units so he could show me exactly what he was talking about. I learned more about air conditioning than I’ve known in all these years! But it also let me know the exact condition of my units and gave me some prediction about future repairs And maintenance. I love that. My technician was polite thorough and I felt it was an excellent value.
