We had an emergency on Memorial Day. Brian came the same day and was able to identify the issue. The warehouse was not open but he picked the part up early the next morning and got our A/C running again. He was very thorough and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Keefe's (and Brian) to any one!

Now that I’ve discovered Keefe’s, I’m not going with any other company. Hands down this place is where it’s at. I had purchased two floodlight cameras and paid for installation through the company I bought them from. The person who came to install told me he couldn’t run any wires and that I’d have to call an electrician. I was scrambling to find a place that could do it today due to me not living in my new home yet. I placed an inquiry, a service rep called me moments later, and had set up the appointment within minutes. Afterwards, I received a text message with Ray’s information, that he would be coming in 45 minutes, and even his picture so I’d know who to look for. Everyone I’ve dealt with from this company has been so kind and professional. I told her what happened and she scheduled Ray to come by my house to check everything out. He was timely, polite, and super helpful. He was efficient with his time and even brought something to my attention about my place that I wasn’t aware of. Thank you SO MUCH Ray and Keefe’s for incredible service. I will be a returning customer.

I personally would not use or recommend this business based on the boneheaded drivers they employ!! Truck number 140 SLOWLY pulled out from Mcdonalds, onto a busy Hwy, in front of my vehicle.we flashed lights warning him of how he pulled out, having us to slam on the brakes. He clearly didnt think any wrongdoing by tapping his brakes repeatively back at us. If this company can hire unprofessional, inconsiderate drivers, I can only imagine the work ethic they display! Next time buster eat your breakfast at the restuarant and dont jump out doing 5 mph while traffic is going 55!!

Matt changed out a light fixture and added a dimmer switch. Roy perfomed routine maintenance on A/C system. It was very convenient to be able to get both services from the same source from professional and knowledgeable staff. Selena kept me informed of expected arrival times for both Techs.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Ray L. He was prompt, polite and professional. He carefully explained the work once completed to make sure I was satisfied. Also, I appreciate his bringing to my attention a major electrical connection in my back yard that is worn, unstable, and needs replacement. I assume the estimate offered was fair since I know little about such repairs. Based on the job Ray L completed, I have confidence in scheduling him to complete the new job when I'm financially able. On a scale of 1-5 I rate Ray L a 5 for exceptional work and customer service. Also, I plan to recommend him and Keefe's A/C, Heating & Electric to friends needing service in the future.

I can't say enough positive things about Keefe's! They were the third company I called out and the "premium option". I could tell the other techs had no idea what my problem was. One wanted to charge me $1,500 for 4lbs of 410a and leak savers to "see if that'll work". The other sprayed some coil cleaner (on clean coils) and said he'd be back with leak savers to find the leak.
I was lucky enough to get Jason Henry as my tech who took his time, no less than 2 hrs, and went through the whole system. I knew he was the guy I needed to work on my system when he asked for a cup of water and some ice to test the metering valve lol. Come to find out there was no leak but the other guys never got close to actually figuring that out.
However....my repair wasn't without its issues. The part had to be ordered which took some time. They offered window units but I declined initially. Then the compressor was replaced and unfortunately it broke not too long after it got going due to other issues with my system. The good news is Jason came and put those window units in within the hour of me notifying him they were needed and this was 7-8pm!!!
The first compressor went bad and I currently have multiple windows units buzzing away but the replacement has been ordered and the level of service I'm receiving to make it right is more than satisfying. I will be calling Keefe's going forward as long as I can afford to.
