I had the heat go out in my condo and they were the cheapest place I could find that was willing to come out that day. The technician was very professional and courteous, he even arrived earlier than expected and finished fast. I have not had a problem with my unit since.

Heat went out middle of the night, called Greater Comfort Heating& Air first thing that morning 7am . They had Cody the repair tec at my door a little after 8am which was awesome cause i still had to work that day. Cody came in went right to the problem, went got what he need to fix the problem was done by 1130 cleaned up after him self .Thank you Cody & Greater Comfort Heating & Air job well done .

I called for an estimate for a new Heat pump system, and the Residental manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. After getting prices from other companies, I decided to go with Greater Comfort since it was the most affordable and personable. I will most likely recommend to my friends and family to call them if they ever neeed help with their HVAC systems.

We had new system installed. Alane was very helpful with getting us scheduled. Robbie was very professional when he came to install the system - he answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Furnace went out over the weekend, tech called and walked me through how to keep the heat going till Monday because they wouldn't be able to get the part till Monday which helped me save money on costs. Customer Service called on Monday morning and had a tech out to my house by 8:30 AM. Diagnosed the problem, got the part and had my heat running perfectly by 11 AM. Wonderful service all around!
