Greater Comfort Heating and Air

I recently had Greater Comfort come out to do spring maintenance at my home. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. I recommend these guys to all my friends and family.

They lie and sell your information. They said they could look at what is wrong with my furnace, but actually only sell new ones. Huge waste of time getting transferred to different people and then having to find an actual repair service. The first man also lied and said it was a locally owned and operated place, not a chain. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEM

Called in on 92 deg day when AC went out. I spoke with Elaine and she was able to get someone out right away. The technician was very kind and professional. Good value and great service.

The customer service and communication was excellent. Sales and installation technicians are extremely knowledgeable and we're on time. Very satisfied with the service.
