    I had a great experience with Greater Comfort from start to finish. They replaced two old gas furnaces with all electric heat pump systems. My install was rather complicated and the end result is even better than expected. The sales representative was knowledgeable and willing to delve into the details to deliver exactly the system that I wanted. The install crew was knowledgable, professional, accommodating, and their workmanship is excellent. I am very happy with my new heat pump system and highly recommend Greater Comfort.

    I have used Greater Comfort numerous times in the past with no issues, until
    I signed up for the bi-annual inspection.
    They offer this great deal! Sign up for the maintenance package, they will come out twice a year to make sure everything is working! But….Twice now, I have made my appointments and they have been a “no show”. I have had to call to confirm my own appointments, and they’ve either not had me on the books, or “they will get there when they can”. As I waited all day, but had to leave to get my children from school. Of course, THAT was when they were available. Therefore, causing me to cancel.
    Such poor customer service via phone! As when they called to reschedule, it was said, “so do you want to reschedule or not??”

    I hate leaving bad reviews, and the service techs have done AMAZING WORK!!!!
    But such poor service from the call center and whom ever is in charge of the appointments!!!
    My time is just as valuable as the next customer.
    I think I will go elsewhere!

    Had them out yesterday for a non working mini split unit by Mitsubishi.The technician was there for three hours and on the phone with technical support most of the time. FInally got unit running and left and eight hours later it quit working again. I was charged three hundred and sixty dollars. When I called back this morning to say unit was not working was told I would have to pay 90 dollars an hour more to get them to come back . Needless to say I will not be a customer again. Before all this in April I Paid over 500 dollars for their comfort plan. All I got for this was a spring and fall pms done. Which didn
    't do me alot of good on the coldest day of the year.They do not back their work.

    We've used Greater Comfort to maintain our systems for years. They do an outstanding job, and all the technicians are very professional and know what they're doing. They've been available and very responsive, even when we've needed their services after hours. Highly recommend!

    Edis and Steve are amazing. Edis came out 4 times and Steve came with him on his last visit to try and see what the issue was with our furnace. Edis did all he could to see what was wrong with our furnace and didn’t stop until he figured out what it was. Our heat was out for more than a month and we thought it was the furnace that went out. We had other companies come out before greater comfort, and all they did was try and sell us on a new furnace. Greater comfort came out to try and fix the furnace first before even considering upgrading. After all diagnostics and everything, they were able to conclude that the furnace wasn’t the issue, but that it was the meter from Duke energy that went out. Greater comfort was professional and patient through the whole process and I would definitely recommend them over anyone else. They actually try to help the customer by any means necessary and they’re not looking to make a dime off you.

    Cannot thank Edgar enough for coming out on one of the hottest days of the year to fix our AC. I called and they had someone out within 2h which was great. He even stayed to make sure it was running properly and check the circuits afterwards.

    We replaced our A/C system with Greater Comfort a year ago and are so glad we did. Called in last night because it didn't seem to be cooling. Cody Beverly came out first thing this morning and fixed what had turned out to be a loose wire. Such a pleasant, professional worker and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Greater Comfort. Your company is exceptional-from the great customer service to your guys that come out and take the time to explain what's happening. Always a wonderful experience!

    I called Angel at 7am today. Within 20 minutes, Zach was at my house and an hour and fifteen minutes later, my AC was working again! I am thrilled! My husband was sure that the AC was toast, but Zach was able to fix it, and it was super affordable. We also signed up for the bi-annual check up, which was a great deal. I highly recommend Greater Comfort. They are kind, helpful, and trustworthy!

    Thank you Angel and especially Zach (HVAC Tech). I spoke with Angel about a potential appointment on a Thursday at around 4 pm, she is very friendly and honest. She was able to give prices based on different scenarios. Some other companies I called couldn't, or wouldn't give me the price for the refrigerant. I was afraid I would pay $89 or $99 or as high as $120 just for a truck to come out, and it be a mystery of what they may charge for the R22 refrigerant when they got here. Angel gave me the price of the R22 and some other possible charges to help prepare me for what I may expect. She also explained the Technician would look the system over and give me the best direction to go to avoid unnecessary charges. I felt I should call around to make a more informed decision. When I called them back at 5 it was after office hours so she asked to call back at 7 am Friday. I did and within 2 hours the Technician (Zach) was at my door. He worked very diligently and presented himself in a very professional, courteous manor. within 2 hours he diagnosed and serviced our AC. I was very comfortable with the overall charge and felt it was done very fairly. I will continue to use Greater Comfort if the need arises. Thanks again Zach for your professionalism and integrity, its a rare quality these days!

    My AC went out. I spoke with Angel for scheduling a service call. She was pleasant, provided clear communication, and answered all my preliminary questions. The technician who arrived (on time), was Zack. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the necessary issues. I appreciated his patience with all my questions - just seemed like a genuine guy with honest recommendations. It's a small sample size/representation of this company's work, but they'll be who I call moving forward.
