Greater Comfort Heating and Air

First time using Greater Comfort and I was very happy with Angel who tried her best to get me the earliest appointment available and Cody M. who quickly found out the problem and fixed it. Both were very helpful, very friendly and very professional. I'm so pleased with the service that I will keep Greater Comfort for the maintenance of my AC & furnace. Thanks again.

These guys are the real deal. I got a brand new system install with new ductwork and the works, and Greater Comfort knocked it out of the park. Their prices were on par with the cheapest I found, and they listened to what I WANTED and designed the system around that. The installers worked fast and in the heat of the summer, cramped in a crawl space. They also offer a year long labor warranty which states that if you have any mechanical issues with the unit, their guys will come out and fix it free of charge. I personally used this once after the install to fix leaky piping in the unit, which was done quickly and fixed the problem.

The reason that I'm writing this review though is because I discovered that some of the ductwork that was installed put my electrical panel out of code, so it would not pass an inspection. When I called Greater Comfort about this, I thought they would tell me that there was nothing they could do. To the contrary, they insisted that they would come move the ducts free of charge, no questions asked, since their installation was the reason my panel wouldn't pass inspection.

It's beyond refreshing to deal with a company that considers customer satisfaction one of its core values, and I will absolutely be using Greater Comfort for all my future needs. They have a friendly staff, great communication, and I 100% recommend them based on my personal experience.

I have been a Greater Comfort customer for many years and there is a very good reason for that.
When it's time for my furnace/AC maintenance, I always receive a call right on schedule. The call usually comes from 'Angel Huff' at the front desk. Angel should be rewarded for her professionalism, great customer service and perhaps, most of all, her kindness.
I also want to recognize another deserving employee. His name is Cody Martin. He arrived at my home right on time to service my furnace and A/C. Cody is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and such a gentleman. I am hoping that he will be the one for my next maintenance. I definitely recommend Greater Comfort. I know they are the best!

My AC went out yesterday 5/14, in the middle of this current heat wave. I Called Greater Comfort this morning and they sent a tech over, Cody Mayan. He was very professional and did meticulous work. He explained the costs before starting the job and kept me up to date in any problems as they arise. I wIll recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Scheduling was simple and quick. Our technician, Zach, was very thorough and had our heat up and running in 10 minutes. I will be using this company for HVAC from now on!

We have been more than pleased with the service from Greater Comfort over the last 4+ years. They are always on time and super friendly. Justin and Mike came out of their way to help replace my broken unit in order to maintain my sanity going into finals week and I couldn't be more grateful! Awesome business with awesome employees :)

Greater Comfort Heating and Air-conditioning has been out to my home three or four times in the last year and a half. Each time they have provided superior service. The last two times I was serviced by Cody Beverly who went above and beyond first in a basic cleaning where he was thorough and professional. I wish I had thought to write a review at that time.

And then today, he appears to have found the cause of a persistent issue I've been having. He found a loose connection which two other companies in the past have simply diagnosed as a faulty compression switch. He was proactive in his diagnostics and in his solution.

I called his office a little after 7 am. He arrived within an hour and a half and was done by 11am. I am glad we have a contract with them to care for our heat and air.

They repaired my furnace as soon as possible, considering the bad weather. Arrived on time and Scott was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I made a call in last minute for PM but Tracy was very helpful with getting me in quickly.
The technician came out within 2 hours. I am extremely pleased with the professional way Cody Mayhan took care of things and answered all my questions. I will be using Greater Comfort for all my future issues.

Needed to make an emergency call for a tenants air that went out during very hot weather. They were very nice and professional. Needed to replace a part they actually had on the truck. I felt the cost was fair and they weren't trying to take advantage. I will definitely use them from now on. Very happy.
