Our furnace stopped blowing hot air during this ice storm! HMAC got us in within a couple hours of me contacting them and fixed the problem quickly, without an emergency up charge! Great service, professional tech and I love that he wore shoe covers inside! Thanks guys for getting our house warm again!

Awesome service. Was able to get my warranty compressor installed and even found out the issue with the last one that caused it to die early so I have peace of mine. Great customer service from the owners to service tech. Would recommend them to anyone needing hvac work. Cherry on top, they were also the lowest of all my estimates.

Beware! HMAC installed the hvac systems in my new build. Kids rooms are off by several degrees from the master bedroom, so something wasn’t calculated/sized correctly. They did try to fix it but it was never resolved satisfactorily.

However, that isn’t why I give them a negative review, which I hardly ever do. About 2 years after the install, I noticed water damage under the unit in our attic. I checked the condensate drain and one of the PVC joints was never glued. No glue residue, fitting rotated and could be easily pulled apart. A ton of mould under it from just one season of AC. Anyways they had the gaul to come out and blame me for “bumping” it even though it was clearly not sealed. They “fixed it” and tried to charge me ~$390, which I refused. Fast forward to the next summer…leak came back, same joint, it actually wasn’t even fixed even though they tried to charge me for it. This time I just fixed it myself, along with a second round of water damage on my ceiling.
