Came out same day, and was able to fix our oil furnace quickly. Donie was very professional and friendly.

Anthony was very professional and quick with coming out to the house and installing a new AC unit on such short notice. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing service. I won't be using any other companies from now on.

Mechanic was clean and courteous. Informed me my furnace was not in immediate need of repair. Service call cost was reasonable.

I had gotten a great price on my house partly because there were furnace and A/C problems. The heat didn't work and I was told the A/C unit need to be replaced. I called Wright and they came out the next business day. They checked every inch of the system. They had my heat working that day. The guy came back out the next day and finished up the furnace work and started on the A/C. He was able to get my A/C working after replacing a few parts! I was able to use the money for the new A/C unit in other areas of my home! They saved me a fortune and everything is working great! Thanks Wright Mech!!

I believe his name was Anthony I honesty can’t remember. he had a nice beard’ though. lol He replaced our AC wires and our freon. He was very friendly. I’d really recommend him any time.

I called Wright Mechanical at 630pm. By 730 a tech named Donnie was at my door. He explained the repairs in a way I could understand and didn't over charge or try and sell me something I didn't need. Definitely will call them for all my hvac needs.

Very disappointed! I heard nothing but great things in these reviews about this company. I have a home warranty company that I currently go through, and our a/c went out this past Thurs and it was about 80 degrees in our house. For my infant son and myself, we were hot and cranky. Needless to say, I called my home warranty folks, and they sent a work order over to Wright Mechanical. I was told I would get a call from the company within 24 hours, or I could personally call them myself. I decided to call them in the morning around 10:30am, and I spoke with a gentleman who said he wasn't in the office right now, but the soonest they could get to me would probably be Mon or Tues of the following week. That's fine, I was ok with that. He told me he'd call me right after his lunch when he got back into the office that same day (Friday). Waited all day with my phone by me, and no one called. So, I expected a call Monday morning. Woke up - still nothing. I proceeded to call them again and left a vmail with my contact info (repeated mind you), as well as my work order #. Waited for 2 more hours and still didn't get a call back. I finally called my home warranty people and explained the situation, They got me in with another HVAC company. I'm not saying that this company does horrible work by any means, b/c I haven't experienced that. However, I will say, it was very unprofessional to tell me they would call me and didn't as well as telling me they;d come Mon or Tues but not call me, and we were left in a humid house for longer than we should've due to this. I hope that this improves or doesn't happen to others...especially when it heats up, or in the cold winter months.

Best service I've received in years. After previously working with multiple other HVAC companies, I can only recommend Wright Mechanical. The technician arrived early and was able to work diagnose the problem.

Besides the time miscommunication which I understand, I was really happy with my experience overall. Donnie is really knowledgeable and fixed the problem for my heater. I still give 5 stars since the time miscommunication didn't bother me so much.

Anthony did such a great job and was personable and knowledgeable. He was very professional and efficient! Would recommend him every time and will use this company every time we need HVAC service.
