Never showed up or called after telling me Thursday or friday

Our walk-in cooler recently went down, and after calling 3 different companies - F.D. Pierce was the first to respond to our call (the only company to actually pick up the phone - we had to leave messages on the other); and had their service guys out within an hour of our call.

While they couldn't immediately fix our cooler because they had to order a new part, they had it quickly shipped and installed within 72 hours of our call (refrigeration malfunctions during the weekend are never fun).

We appreciate their quick turnaround during a stressful situation for us, and they'll definitely be our go-to for any future issues we have - and their customer service was A+.

Dylan was awesome!! He got our heater working and was very professional and pleasant. He took his time and got all of our sytems working, while others before him could not. Will always request him!!

I had called them 2 weeks ago to fix ice machine at my hotel and I was told someone will be there after July 4th. I called on July 18th and got an answer that you on list, but don't know when they can come in. I don't expect this from any business not to keep up the appointment. Because you are busy with heat, you can't ignore your service call for ice machine. Don't use this company else you have 4 to 5 weeks of time to wait for things to get it fixed.

These guys are awesome. Zoup on 4th street has used them many times. Such great and knowledgeable people. Couldn’t be more pleased with the company.
