Givens & Son Mechanical Services

My furnace went out on Christmas Eve 2022. I called several companies to get emergency service and they all told me it would be 3 days or more before anyone could come out! I called Givens & Son and got a hold of Mr. Givens who was able to come out in a couple of hours! He checked it out and it was determined to be a bad motor!! The furnace was old and I had been advised in the past that it could go out at anytime and that I should think about replacing it! I decided instead of trying to just replace the motor which would have to be ordered depending on if they could find that part to go ahead and replace the furnace! I had it installed three days later and it went smoothly!! The job was completed within four or four hours and the guys that did the install did a good job of cleaning up afterwards and gave me the instructions on the usage of the thermostat!! I am very pleased and the furnace is working great!! I highly recommend this company!! The owner was very caring and was hands on in getting the job scheduled in a timely fashion!! And the guys that did the install was very friendly and professional!! 👍🏽👏🏽

I highly recommend Givens & Son Services for anything HVAC related at your house. They went way above and beyond fixing my unit that I thought needed to be recharged by helping me understand the flow of air in my house and items effecting heat in my house during the summer.
