Anthony went above and beyond. It was an excellent installation of a new furnace. He was very knowledgeable answered all my questions. This is not your cheap service it is affordable and competitively priced but worth every penny.

They have been great for us twice. Once for an odd request from our buyer's agent and then replacing an AC at our new house. Very nice, on time, professional and explains things well. Anthony even had someone call us from a bank to talk about financing options.

Was looking online late one evening for a reputable company that could come out to our home and properly clean and double-check the heating system to insure we were ready to go for the upcoming winter weather. I requested an estimate to also include the HVAC blower assembly to be removed, cleaned, and replaced. The owner responded very professionally within 20 minutes. I called their office first thing the following morning. The owner gladly scheduled me for the next day. He sent Donnie Satterly, who took care of the complete job. I have to say without any reservation, Donnie was by far the friendliest, most efficient service technician we've ever had come to our home! It was like he was part of the family doing work for us! When all was said and done, I was more than happy to pay the bill, which by the way was very reasonable! We will definitely call WRIGHT MECHANICAL again for all our HVAC needs. We will definitely ask for Donnie, however based on the Owner's initial professionalism and courtesy, I am confident anyone in this company would be just fine to perform any HVAC or refrigerant need.

Donnie came out and got us fixed up. Our equipment is past its life expectancy. Donnie charged it and gave advice for if it didn’t get better. We found it needed to be replaced. Donnie came back out, charged it again for free, and gave us a good deal on a new unit that we are having installed next Tuesday. Thanks!
